#19 sasuke deals 60 piercing damage for only the cost of 1 specific 1 rand(+prep = 3 chakra),Minato is supposed to be strong as he is the strongest character in the series, i dont realy like instant kill, but i decided to make one thats conditional, the character has to be countered and the counter is a 2 specific so its somewat a gamble cuz its only available for 1 turn altho its likely to get the necessary chakra(1 tai and a random), kakashi does 100 damage for 3 specific 1 random, minato does 75 on a gamble for the same chakra is it realy that bad:huh
