That's not even true, you receive 1 random chakra per character remaining alive on your team.
When your opponent has 2 members, and you have 3. You practically win...
Whoever goes first, only gets 1 random chakra on the first turn. They have to wait next turn to receive 1 random chakra per character remaining alive on their team.
Meaning, whoever moves second using all balancing in one team (excluding removing DD), they will always win;
(assuming you CAN kill 1 member from your opponent's team on YOUR 2nd turn.)
No question...
That is how you make a streak team.
You do know what that means? This game is entirely luck and no real strategy.

I had another Idea. What if the game showed you a round or 2 in advance what chakra you are getting? While it wont fix bad chakra problems completely it will allow for one to prepare for when they know they got a bad run coming up.
Edit: So I dont double post. Ok I think I have a new record here just went 2 20 round plus games with a Pablomaster got 1 tai chakra. His team was Ino, Itachi, Kakashi. and well I dont think he ever ran out of Gen chakra. Just fyi

Change chakra exchange, from 5 chakra's to 3 chakra's or 4 chakra's that alone would have a big impact.

this is to all people who say the chakra system is fine.Everytime i use this team(recently) it gets almost no tai, i had to exchange for a tai,if the game really was random, then this should not happen so often , especially when i use this team.

i think the game should be desinged so that you don't get the same 2 chakra's every turn. i think that will be better instead of changing exchange. because i just got throught a game and the first 3 turns i had nothing but gen and nin. or maybe it could be designed so that it can't go more 2 turns without going through a chakra,
