its nice and unique...however it has one flaw

its prep is way too costly and has too high a cd...it may have good effects, but it is risky cuz he may not get bloodline chakra

This and more:
-Claw Shlash can only make 30 damage (Enemy with 100 Health Points) If you use it later in the fight on an enemy with less than 100 Health it does not enough damage for the costs and the prep. And the pic is bad, realy bad! (-2)
