#10 Contractor should be 5 turn cool down cause is Waaaaay op otherwise-wind strike, i dont understand it tht well p-p 5 per turn, afflcion or what--wind strike, deal70 basically and with the contract move it does more, waaaaaaay op reduce it to 30 and 10 the most 2 V - Me Stuff - V Mii-case KA My Alts: Anthony-chan & Toshira-Kun.
