Naruto
Uzumaki Naruto Combo now does 15 damage when Shadow Clones is NOT in effect.
Kurenai
Cherry Blossom Suffication no longer requires Tree Bind Death to be used, does 15 damage for 4 rounds to all enemies, ends if Kurenai is stunned/killed, costs 2 genjustu, and has a 5 round cooldown.
Jiraiya
Gamabunta has been returned to its previous status.
Toad Mouth Bind now reduces the enemy teams defence by 33%.
Nidaime
Bringer of Darkness now lasts 3 rounds, reduces the enemies' defence by half, and has a cooldown of 5 rounds.
Anko
Twin Snakes Mutual Death now does 75 damage to the target and 25 damage to Anko (damage is unaffected by defence modifiers), and has a cooldown of 2 rounds.
Demon Brothers
Chain Wrap no longer does damage and has a cooldown of 2 rounds instead of 1.

Gamabunta now gives Jiraiya 1 additional chakra each round of its duration (total of 3 extra).
Nidaime
Bringer of Darkness only lasts 2 rounds now but its cooldown is decreased by 1 round.
Demon Brothers
Chain Shred now only does 75 damage but its cost is only 2 taijustu.

Cherry Blossom is now an "action" meaning it will only "pause" when Kurenai is stunned.
Tree Bind Death is reduced to 4 rounds and has a cooldown of 6, but is also now an "action" meaning the stun and defence disable will only "pause" while Kurenai is stunned.
Demon Brothers
Chain Wrap's cooldown is back to 1 round.

Sharingan now targets 1 enemy lowering their defense by 25% and allows Chidori to be used on that target. Sasuke has 33% damage reduction for its duration. Lasts 3 rounds and has a 4 round cooldown.
Chidori can only be used on Sharingan targeted enemies now.
Haku
Water Needles is back to 30 damage.
Tenten
Twin Rising Dragons Trap no longer does damage.
Cursed Seal Sasuke
Cursed Seal Activation now costs an additional random chakra. Lasts 3 rounds with a 4 round cooldown. Damage to Sasuke is reduced 33%.
Katon: Goukakyuu no Jutsu now does 40 damage while cursed seal is active.
Corrupt Chidori now does 120 damage while cursed seal is active.
Iruka
Sealed Bombs Square Formation only lowers the defense of the target on the round it is used now.
Oboro
Underground Ambush now costs 1 taijutsu and 1 random chakra.
Kisame
Samehada Slash now only does 20 damage.
Itachi
Amaterasu now targets only one enemy per use. Its cost is reduced to 1 ninjustu and 1 random. It now does 15 damage to the target for the rest of the game, pausing when Itachi is stunned and ending when he dies. It cannot target the same enemy twice and has a cooldown of 2 rounds.

Sharingan now gives Sasuke 50 percent damage reduction and leaves the opponent unable to defend rather than lowering their defense.
Tayuya
Demonic Flute Illusion costs 1 genjutsu and 1 random but has 1 additional round of cooldown.

Kyuubi Chakra now only heals 15 damage per round.
Cursed Seal Sasuke
Cursed Seal Activation now deals 7 damage to CS Sasuke each round it is active.
Yoroi
Chakra Absorption Technique has had both its duration and cooldown lowed by 1 round.
Itachi
Amaterasu damage is now undefendable and permanent. Its cooldown has been increased to 4 rounds.

Explosives cost decreased to 1 ninjutsu. Damage of Large lowered to 25 but only targets enemies.
Art is a Bang does 50 damage to all enemies but makes Deidara take double damage for 2 turns.

Kankuro
Puppet Preparation reduced to 4 turns with a 4 turn cooldown. Skill description is clarified. Cooldown glitch also fixed. It should also no longer affect cancel triggers. EDIT: Due to the redunculous (yes I made that word up) difficulty in properly implementing the effect that makes allies unable to target allies this aspect of the skill has been removed. In its place this skill makes stuns used on the affected enemy last one turn longer.

Vibrating Sound Drill now allows Sound Manipulation to be used on that enemy the following 4 turns.
Sound Manipulation hits all enemies who take 10 affliction damage and lose 1 taijutsu chakra each. The skill is now mental and not affliction.

Melody Arm Tuning has been returned to a boost. The following 3 turns Vibrating Sound Drill and Sound Manipulation will do 50% more damage. The cooldown is 3 turns.

Wall of Air now counters ranged attacks rather than reflects them.
Jiroubou
Dungeon Chamber of Nothingness now only gives Jiroubou's team 60 temporary health and steals 1 chakra per turn rather than 2.
Kidoumaru
Spider Web now stuns for 2 turns.

Flying Swallow now does 10 damage per turn and gives 15 damage reduction per turn. (previous balance change was not properly done and has been fixed)
Zabuza
Silent Homicide Technique now does 50% of the enemies current health in damage plus an additional 10 damage during Hidden Mist Technique.
Kin
Illusion Duplication Attack now costs 1 random chakra.
Sandaime
The first use of Major Summoning Enma no longer has a cooldown. Subsequent uses have a 4 turn cooldown.
Demon Brothers
During Chain Wrap the Demon Brothers will ignore enemy stuns. (the target becoming invulnerable was not canceling this skill, it is now fixed.)
Chain Shred now does 35 piercing damage.
Dosu
Sound Manipulation now removes any type (random) of chakra instead of only taijutsu.
