#1 |~ How to Create a GFX Shop~| [Professional] ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Step One: Preporation ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Seek someone who is also interested in making a Graphic shop, a so called partner who is as dedicated as you to make a GFX shop. (This is not an optional action to have a succesful Graphic shop, but this way you can have requests done faster and more satisfied customers in the begining). ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Step Two: Building the Shop ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Now you sould do all of the text job in the shop. Here is a basic map of what your shop sould look like: ~[Shopname]~ ~ New's & Updates So that you can post news and updates about your shop. It's a blog to keep the customer's updated about the "events" or other things happening in the shop. ~ Rules To Keep your shop organised and clean. Also to give customer's further instructions of requesting and joining and about spaming, flaming, advertisementing... ~ Workers Keep a list of all the members of the shop so that the customer's can choose who they requets from. ~ Examples A few examples of the worker's work's so that the customers can better choose what particular style they want their sig to be. ~ Forms Forms that keep the requesting organised. example: ----------------------------------------------- Signature Request Form: Render/Stock: Size: Text: Border: Worker: Extra: ----------------------------------------------- (This was just the basic things you sould have in a form, to make your shop more unique add more form questions). Remeber to make a new form for each field of GFX, ex avatars, banners, tags, userbars... ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Step Three: Makeing Banner's ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ When Your done with the text job you sould start making banners for your shop, this way it will be more fun to view. You sould make a banner for each headline. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Step Four: Publishing your Topic ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ When you are completly done with the shop you are ready to publish it. For this you sould pick a time when there are as meany as possible people online so that meany people will notice your shop. This provides tactical timing. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Step Five: Recruiting ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ When you finaly published your topic you sould start recruiting more member's, for the reason to get requests done faster so that you do not get an overload or them. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Step Six: You and your customer ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Most important is to keep your customers satisfied.The best way to accomplish this is to finish the request fast but still doing your best. (Remember not to be hasty!) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Step Six: Promoting ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Promoting is accomplished by statisfied customers who tell their friends who tell their. Another trick to promote is to add a Tag (with some information of your shop and) with a directlink to your shop to your signature.
