He's a lot like my Konan (S), in a way, but different in just as many others.

The fact that his only attacking skill has a cooldown of one is a bad idea. The only persons in this game that has that, is Shikamaru (S) and IBD, and they have other ways to effect his enemy directly.

It just makes him a bit situational to use his skill, which I don't like. Honestly, I'd lower that damage but also lower the cooldown, then make the boost effect lower the cost of the skill by one random. That's just me though. We have different styles in characters.

His third mvoe, the counter, is extremely situational as well. only about 40% of offensive skills are melee, and 30% of skills total are melee. This means, that if your opponent attacks Sai, then you have a (roughly) 40% chance to counter the skill. I'd bump it up to Physical skills (About 60%) And take away one turn of the extra cost.

Of course, these are just my suggestons. I could be wrong in them. I just want to help though.

Overall, I love his concept and design. I would use him. And like many others have said, he's much better than the current Sai (S).
