A few changes to the last one:
1. The Miscellaneous section is not a place where you can post anything you want, and it is not a place where you can spam.
2. Topics related to Naruto-Arena(Teams, tournaments, glitches ect.), forum suggestions, introducing yourself, forum games, or GFX(Signatures, Avatars, Gimp, Photoshop, ect.) are not allowed. These should be posted in their appropriate sections, not in Miscellaneous. Such topics will either be moved or locked.
3. Always stay on topic.
4. Do not post topics reporting ladder swappers, scammers, or a stolen account. You should report these to a mod or global mod via pm.
5. Do not respond to a flame/spam topic. You could end up getting warned or even banned along with the topic maker.
6. Do not post saying you are reporting someone, this could lead to unnecessary flaming, spamming ect.
7. Do not post any inapporpriate topics.This includes,but is not limited to:
-Topics about Hentai/Any graphic nature whatsoever
-Topics bashing another member/group
8. When you make a topic, make sure there is at least some discussion that goes along with it. Topics that lack discussion will be locked. Example: You make a topic that says, "I saw a dog today and it ate four lady bugs!"
9. Unless given permission by a mod, never post more than one of the same topic even if it has been locked.
10. The following threads are not allowed:
-N-B Family/Adoption topics
-Chat battles and RPG topics
-Feed my pokemon/Level my squiby/Fight my brute topics etc.
-Popularity contests (This includes, "who's hotter" or "who's better looking" type contests.)
-Fan club topics
-Goodbye threads
-Advertising(Click here for a more generalized list of what is considered advertising and what is not)
- "Ask Me" topics meant for a specific member(s); Instead, the following topic will serve that purpose: Click.
11. Birthday topics may be closed anytime after 24 hours of the first post.
12. This is not a place for social networking. If you want someone to be your friend on Facebook/Myspace/Bebo/etc. simply use a pm, don't make a topic.
LOOKING FOR A GIRLFRIEND/BOYFRIEND?

If you are really so desperate for an online girlfriend/boyfriend, try going to eHarmony.com or Match.com (If you are old enough to visit such sites). Just not here, that is not what this site is here for.
13. Do not make any topics with a moderator's name as the title. To most, it would appear as a 'troll topic'. Whether it's a topic about the moderator, or something of the same name, don't do it.
