#287 This may not be the correct answer but, I think you have to open a new document and make sure it has no background.( the background should look like little gray squares if it has nothing on it) Then you look for a nice splatter brush You use it. Then you get a focal or the thing you want as the sig and you clip mask it onto the splatter. I think thats it really. Then you add text and stuff. I'm not really sure. #289 to make a splatter in photoshop: first, get your picture on the first layer.. Make a new layer and use a splatter brush on it.. right click your splatter brush layer and click-->Make clipping mask.. Well go to File>New and select transpaernt background(well n-a doesnt support .png so you can use white if you sue it somewhere that does support .png then make it transparrent and saev it as .png) use splatter brush in any color , then create new layer over the splatter layer , right-click the image layer and chose Clipping Mask well then move it as you like :D lolz For animation you need a program called animation pro shop ( im not sure its and addition to Paint pro shop) then open the gif you want or video in it chose the parts you want and save them in frames , then in your sig add the 1st frame and save it then 2nd ,3rd and so on the agin open animation pro shop and combine them into a .gif sig (to do all this go to File and youll see everything there) My Yondaime Minato Namikaze The Best!!! :D

#295 I downloaded GIMP and was using it and then found I had photoshop on my laptop, yeah I'm really smart. Anyway if I have photoshop do I need GIMP for anything and which is better? p.s. I have been reading through some of your post and they are really helpful thanks.
