PM me and I'll do it just give me link to all the signatures you picked.

You use imagready.
Put all the signatures into imageready then move the first layer signature to the signature you want then do it again align them good. Then make 2 more frames and click first frame and hide two of them then after that go to the 2nd frame do the same thing then again on 3rd frame then set a time limit for it to change then save optimized as then your done.

Best would be .png

If you're using photoshop, click on the text layer and click on the F that is on the bars below the layers and go to stroke.

On GIMP, go to Transparency > Alpha Section and then go to Edit > Stroke Selection.

1) Duplicate the layer you want lightened.
2) Go Image---> Adjustments ---> Brightness/Contrast and move to brightness slider to the right to ur liking. make sure ur working on duplicate layer. After that just set the opacity and merge the layers. you can also apply a mask and delete the area u don't want lightened.

Use them however you want. They can be used to help with flow, lighting and other things. They are really useful.
Heres an example of a C4D helping with flow.

By input, do you mean upload? If so, you don't need to upload avatars you want to use for NA. You can upload it directly from your PC.

It's much better to buy an image editor. You can download Photoshop trials at Adobe.com
