I think a thread like this is needed. If you have questions regarding anything about the Graphics Class (making sigs, avatar, etc.), just post them here. People who knows the answer can also post their answer here. In that way, we can avoid many topics regarding different questions. Thank you.

EDIT: You know the rules.

1: You could try (if your using photoshop) to make a new layer, and bucket it black. Set that layer to linear dodge or color dodge, and get the soft brush (the circle brush that fades at the edges which comes with photoshop) at 65 - 500 pixels and dab a circle for light.

2: Kinda vague :/ If you're talking about a clipping mask, then make a new layer to which the face will take the shape of (e.g. splatter brush). Then get the render layer and put it over the shape, and press Ctrl + Alt + G and move it around.

You can either make them or find them from some place (*cough*google*cough*). To add text, use a program that will let you add the text without losing the animation (e.g ImageReady which comes with PhotoShop).

If it was a render, it would have a background O.o

If you're talking about rendering an image without a graphics program like GIMP or PS, you could try using an eraser in paint <.<

Plenty of ways to make borders but here's two:

Make a new layer.

Get the rectangular marque tool and select a bit of the bottom of the signature.
Bucket it black.
Press + J and move it to the top

or:

Make a new layer
Ctrl + A
Edit > Stroke

This is me assuming you use photoshop <.<

You need a program called Cinema 4D. C4D is just short for Cinema 4D.

You make a background using C4D's brushes etc.
They aren't "Pre-Made" All of them are made by with what you put.
