He seems UP in a way but if u boost him he will be OP so hes good i guess Tenten (S): Straight away i noticed something: Ten ten (S) uses he signature move. Either tenten is a transfestite or you dno the difference between boys and girls "He" is UP though and shouldnt have bloodline as one of "his" chakra costs Kakashi (S): Giving him 3 attacks was a mistake i think because at least one of em would never be used. Also his mangekyou sharingan isnt a ninjutsu technique that any ninja can do its a move passed through the sharingan bloodline originally Uchiha's overall he isnt that good but still okish btw get a new face pic for him Neji (S): All i have to say about him is the cooldowns for his first and 2nd move should be swapped but his 3rd one is perfect Chiyo (S): Was very well thought out Kankuro (S): Overpowered much? And why would you give him taijutsu and bloodline chakra he doesnt use any of that. He would be more likely to use ninjutsu then bloodline Seems like a rushed character Kazekage Gaara: All good a very well thought out mix of skills Orochimaru (S): Not very good pictures and triple rashoumon... was an ok idea but could have been improved. As for his face pic improve that Guren (S): Perfect Sasuke (S): Electric Kusangi = failzome name for it. Everything else looks good Sasori (S): Poison Gas should start 1 turn after use and have a cooldown of 3. Iron sand summoning looks okish but still overall seems a bit op. I did like Arm strike though Hiruko (S): I like Hiruko maybe make sabotage deal 55 then 100 IBD (S): I find Genjutsu Torture a bit op increase cooldown by 1 or make it u cant use tsukuyomi during that skill and likewise for tsukuyomi everything else is all goodz KBD (S): The damage reduction move is perfect and very unique make samehada deal 20 piercing for 1 tai. Very good character i think except for the genjutsu for his water move!! Deidara (S): Hard to say because he has a wide range of moves i would say he is OP but overall is a good character Good Luck For Your Future Characters!! Officially-Retired-From-NA

#10 Harito's CNC V2 (goo) Yamato - Ive got a new idea for him. For his suppressive healing make it heal them 25 health and ignore enemy effects for 1 turn. So they cant be hurt or stunned etc. Tenten (S) - Still underpowered but im glad u figured out shes a girl Kakashi (S) - There we go he looks fairly balanced he may be OP but he isnt very good with other characters. Hes not a team player (wary) Neji (S) - My opinion is still the same o.o Hinata (S) - I would've said perfect had you got a good face pic for her As for the unchanged sand ninjas i must say i hate your kankuro (S)!!
