Awww we aren't in preliminaries,i wanted to eliminate a clan myself.Anyway My prediction for the clans that will pass:

1.Genei Ryodan
2.Sandai Kitetsu
3.SF
4.RUS
5.KDC
6.Fushin

Faq:

All the clans in the preliminary rounds are clans with the lowest votes?
Meaning that the clans that are not in the preliminary rounds have already been accepted?...how many clans are in the preliminary round ? :confused

hmmm i wanted to get on NAFS acc to answer this but too lazy.

well as you know with all tournies for it to come out even the numer of entrants needs to equal to 2^x where x is any positive integer. (ex. 2^2 = 4 man tourny or 2^4 = 16 man tourny) well we have a total of 24 clans entered into this tournament. to get down to the nearest 2^x number (which is 16 clans) we gave the top 8 voted clans (Genesis, AoP, NS, ACr, EA, GC, SM, SyS) a bye while the lowere sixteen do a quick preliminary round to weed down to the 2nd 8 clans. making the real 1st round of the tourny have 16 total clan entries. do not worry insane goryo is still in tourny and will begin sunday morning or saturday afternoon after this short round.
