Username:Element5, also known as E5. Element has helped the clan a considerable amount from the moment he joined. Always believing that everyone should get a chance to better their rank by showing a passion for our clan, he created the point system, in order to give those who deserve it a spot as a captain. His past is long in tan, having been in only one clan before tan, he has accumulated a large amount of time here. Showing loyalty to the clan and always wanting to make it better, he is obssesed with making the clan as organized as possible. Always coming up with new solutions to current problems and willing to help those who are not good at the game knowing that he was once like them. E5 expects maximum effort from his members at all times, his attitude shows this, only giving privilages to those who deserve it and love this clan.Even though he has a short temper and a bad mouth, he is very easy to get along with. Biography: Dreggo, otherwise known as drugsgo and smacko from his times in Mafioso was inactive for almost a year when his favorite clan got disbanned, he is always very loyal to whatever clan he is in, he came back to N/A searching for a clan that he could consider a family, and over time he found Tan. After only a few weeks he was considered one the most active members in our clan. Dreggo has a calm attitude and a deep sense of humor, it didn't take long for the leaders of Tan to realize that dreggo was one of our most valuable members. In a short amount of time he earned the trust required to be captain, as time went by dreggo became even more involved with the clan, giving new ideas that helped changing the clan, making sure that its future will be the best. Always involved, dreggo earned the title of co-leader faster that any other co-leader had earned his rank. Amongst us he is considered a prodigy.

Biography: Saadster, also known as Saad has been given the title as the Avenger's playboy because of his many skills which include getting girls. But other than that skill he has many more.... He has gotten to leader rank within TAN within to months of being in it. He is one of TAN's more skillful ingamer's. He is extremely loyal, even though he has a past as a hopper. He can be quick to anger but always very forgiving. He has an extremely funny but sometimes serious. in his short time at TAN he has made many friends and he is considered a brother by many. He is a truly ingenious character who will always help TAN. It only took a few weeks to make him captain and a few more weeks to make leader. Among us he is considered the light amongst the darkness, w consider him essential to this clan.

The purpose of the point system will be to determinate the ranks awarded to our members. It will be our key to know which members are active and worthy of a higher spot.
Points are earned by accomplishing any of the following
~Creating a useful avatar(10 pts)
~Winning a TAN tournament (15 pts)
~Obtaining a +11 to a +25(15 pts)
~Beating a clan leader from another clan in the top 10 clans(20 pts)
~Winning a tournament from a different clan (20 pts)
~Creating a useful signature(20pts)
~Hosting a tan tournament (20 pts)
~Recruiting a new member (25 pts)
~Obtaining a +26 to a +29 streak (30 pts)
~Obtaining a +30 to a +39 streak (35 pts)
~Obtaining anything above a +39 (40 pts)
~Creating an idea that helps the clan and is approved by leaders (40 pts)
~Winning a War, 30 pts will be awarded to all participants that win.
NOTE: points awarded for streaks will only be counted if the streak is done within a 24 hour period
Requirements for positions:
~Captain positions require 500 pts and a minimum of 1 month with the clan.
NOTE: Captain positions may not be aquired by those with high levels, meaning that trial members must reset their accounts if they have a sufficient ammount of points to become captain.Member positions will start off with 100pts and include those on trial.
Extra requirements to join TAN:
~Must provide a full application.
~High streak must be equal to or higher than +25
Amount of spots available:
~The amount of captain spots available must not exceed the limit of 3, if more than 3 meet the requirements the person with the highest amount of points earns the spot.
Captains whose spots are taken will be demoted 1 rank until they gather more points than the current captains.
Recording points:
~ It will be Element5 And Desert_Gaara_Ex's sole responsibility's to keep track of points earned by members, but it is your responsibility to make sure we am aware of your accomplishments.
~In order for your points to count, You must post on this thread, or pm Element5 Or Desert_Gaara_Ex your accomplishment , if i am not notified points will not be counted.
Negative points:
Negative points may be caused by one of the following reasons:
~Disrespect at the chatbox(-10 pts)
~Asking for a promotion in the chat or clan(-10pts)
~Being inactive for more than a week(-20 pts)
~Applying for other clans while being in TAN "being unloyal"(-25pts)
~Getting into figths with other clans, without a reason(-30 pts)
Element5 will be aware of actions that cause negative points by notification from others, or seeing bad actions himself.

~Other rules may be added later on.
~Clan leader is not an attainable spot.

Chatbox Rank requirements:
~In order to be moderator you must be captain or meet certain requirements.
~In order to be owner you must be co-leader.
~Asking to be moderator or owner without the rank required will be negative points towards you.
~Some exceptions can be made for those who are active in the chatbox and well trusted, this includes trusted members with points above 200, the point requirements may rise.
New Chatbox Rules.
~ flaming/arguing/causing drama etc. can be WARNED.
~ 2 warnings > ban for 3 days, any further warnings = 1 week of ban
~ non clan-members are Guests.
~ clan-members are Members :P
~ captains and head-gfxers are Moderators
~ co-leaders are Owners
~ leaders are Main-Owners
~ clan friends cant be mods or members > Guests Only (exception only for Akatsunara)
