exactly, all of u only care about points, I just told everyone to use my recruiting system, yet NO ONE is using it, and yet we have 2 new recruits today that didn't do the test. This is such a disappointment, even if they don't do the test I want a very good reason, I don't want reasons such as "his a good streaker and has +30 blah blah blah". I will only allow ex clan members, gfxers and maybe clan friends to skip the test if needed. But +30 are cocky ppl they will not show up on the chat box. So u carefully look and memorise the ppl that just joined this month and u tell me if they are active on the cbox , rarely any of the new members I would know, they show up once asking to join and u simply through away another position. If sai didn't like ppl getting kicked out of the clan I would be kicking all the inactive ppl that have never shown up on the chat. I will try and ask raul to make it negative pts for recruiting ppl that don't do my recruiting test.

edit: and btw dreggo the point system is more like something for us to work towards instead of an obsession as you seem to think

And even if HAZE swapped we will catch em without a doubt

Edit again: Gaara the idea for deducted points for not following a useless recruiting system isnt that good an idea because the recruits of late have been working there are asses off for tan from what ive seen. And ive seen people outside of tan for example tana members doing there best to try and get that chance.

Lessons learnt in blood arent easily forgotten....

Are the point system abit unnecessary? Cos it'd be a hassle for the members to be reporting here and then and for the ppl in-charge to do the changings. Its like making N-A a more competitive and stressful game. Just my POV.

Scott, I know you're right. This makes NA being a little more stressful but you know what ? Everything that refers into being the Top brings stress.

In my opinion, if we want to keep on Top we need a bit of stress or else the chillness will comand us and we will fall. :rolleyes

this is the only one i like, add tan symbol and it'll be good, anyway improve text and renders and put tan symbols and u'll be a great avy maker.

@topic: sup tan, aop's still ahead of us, lets not give them a break and keep attacking them. they are moving much slower than us so it shouldnt be that hard to overtake them. they got overconfident so lets make them pay for it.

Guys, I haven't been able to get on recently due to internet problems.
I still have a lot of things unfinished like points to add up an ideas to put in.
Rigth now I only have phone internet and I can't do anthing other then answer on the thread, I can't even do management. I need lethal or dreggo to do it until I come back hopefully in a couple of days, I know there's been some problems but we must push forward.

@Harito, my test is not whether they are good at streaking, my test is based on trust and loyalty. My recruitment idea is not useless as it shows whether they are also loyal, we could have the best streaker but that person could easily just hop. That is just a waste of our time then, TAN only wants trustworthy ppl. Those ppl that u mentioned that are active I will let that go then.
