Well I've done some changes to the squads these are the changes:

Active streakers - based on there profile that I viewed I went and saw who was streaking mostly daily.

Streakers - they are streakers but don't streak that much.

High ranked - is the same as before but anyone above anbu should be there.

Proper names are needed I couldn't think of good ones so these will be used for the time being.

ok u suggested to close shop - thats wht we did and now u left and say that we did not listen to u guys!!!

- Ure saying "we recruit those members who made u unhappy in clan" > ofcourse if the quantity of members is rising with the clan itself there will be argue between many thoughts but u forgeting guys u were those who tried to recruit as much as u can so as i did and everyone else in clan to get bigger to get strong to be most active but some of recruits dont know anything but loyality thats the problem ...!

Then Why just dont resolve that problem with Voting for all members to disbann or add it in clan list ? So as add for recruiting one nice rule > 7 days trial to see how joiners acting and wht the persons they are ?

the most valuable thing i cant understand is : Why Dont U WANT TO RESOLVE PROBLEMS! WHY U LEFT before talking to all leaders bout this problems or just wait till they will resolve their own (few days thats it!) so they can pull things together

U guys all left but u all was one of the most essential members to clan and u left ur loyality here cause u just escaped with Strong person ahead...(im talking bout Sharky, to whom i really need to say thanks for all he did for us and i gladly think he will also see this and decide the correct way to act) and i want u all to come back and took that loyalitty again in your hears cause I, We - need u! Espad0 that really was an epic post, u are now my fav leader (SHH) don't make the other leaders jelous :push

. The 7 day trial yes I agree with that 100%, we shall test them on how they play NA, activeness on NA,cbox and thread if possible. Also the squads I like it, when u have time u can change them. Espad0, sai and akat keep up the good work, also I think we should stop recruiting gfxers, as they aren't really useful because they are kind of to lazy or inactive.

I have rejoined TAN , sai and espad0 convinced me, besides i wouldnt be able to go anywere else, i already have my history with this clan and i want it to keep going, hopefully, history wont repeat itself.
Im serious about this though, this clan needs to keep going through the rigth path, i think i finally got my point across to sai and espad0.
Im gonna talk to saske when i get the opportunity, i will try to ensure him that the clan will make the rigth decisions from now on.
I expect more wars and tournaments, as well as a bit more friendlyness from akat. :suspicious

espad0: you are rigth in your post, i didnt know the history of this clan well enough to say that gfx was never helpful, it was.
I had left because i always was talking about the problems but things didint change, i couldnt do anything about it. Enough of this subject > to the next.....

There is something that i want to point out. sai, espad0, and akat you too busy to deal with evrything by yourselves, you have lives and always need to study. I want to make it easier for you guys, co- leaders and captains should take a more active role in the clan, you guys only need to supervise and take care of things co-leaders cant take care of.
You guys need to take it easy and relax, just give the instuctions if you dont have time for a certain project, dont let it stack up, i see this problem constantly.
Espad0 said he would change the names of the ranks like a month ago, he hasnt been able to because he is very busy. Espad0, dont carry this on your shoulders alone, give the task to someone else, just provide the layout. We have other gfx'ers for a reason, you and akat arent the only ones that need to make banners for the clan ect. make our gfx'ers do something for the clan. This clan is constantly depending on its 3 leaders to do all the work, at least sharky eased things a bit by doing management, its alot of work for the leaders alone. So captains and co-leaders please fill out a more active role in the clan, ask what needs to be done.
Lethal, i know you just became co-leader, you are already doing a good job in management, keep helping out as much as possible.
Our captains were barely active, most of them didint do anything for the clan other than streak once in a while.
Captains need to be trusted, be active, and share a passion for this clan, they need ideas as well on how to help the clan. Being captain shouldn't be an easy task.

I could be going all day until my fingers fall of, typing ideas that can help or point out things that can be improoved in this clan, some of them may be good ideas and some may be bad, but at least they are ideas thougth out to benefit the clan. Listen, but, divide the work load.
I dont expect changes to be quick, it will take some time, but it will be worth it.
If we want to keep members in our clan, we must listen to their ideas, dont shove them aside or think less of them. sai, akat, espad0 need to share the work with co-leaders and captains and focus on their members, if you dont they will feel unwanted and thats how we loose people. We need to make sure our members improve their streaks, until then we cant heighthen requirements.

This is an effort that we all need to pull together, not just the leaders. Thanks for reading this long post, it is important to me that you understand though.

Also, TANA is a different issue that needs to be discussed, it is being ignored. And yet another topic is the point system, that is just more work for sai, the idea is good but sombody with more free time needs to keep this in check, im 100% sure nobody is keeping a record of this, yet evryone only depends on sai to keep track, set it straigth, give the task to someone you know will do it and is trusted. I wont start with these topics now because if i do then this post will have no end, its already like one of those altar posts:confused

theris a big tourney for 24 of the best clans
but tan is not invited i think thats because i have som enmy in ea , kdc and aop
so aka and me have dicide to make a better tourney and all actif clan can be in

I totally agree,Raul, we should concentrate on Tours Wars and Streaking! And We must make arrangement to discuss co-leaders and leaders captains positions to be setted today
