I'm not happy with TAN, you guys are great and fun, it's just your decisions are horrible.

From what you guys said you would change but you are still giving open seats.
Be strict, stop being so damn open. We have 6 captains, 5 leaders. Are you kidding me?
I don't like this idea....sorry I meant 8 captains. Close the damn door, we're in the top 10 clans in N-A, We already got attacked one, what's next? the clan being disbanded. Seriously Get this clan in order. Leadership is what shows in a clan. If someone asks "can I be captain" obviously the answer will be NO. Come on, why do you think other clans are coming faster then others? it's called management.
But I'm tired of this, I try helping all I get is, "don't worry" or "good idea" but in the the end it doesn't help at all. You guys were great and I had much fun these last 5-7 months but I honestly think others would like this idea then me. So I'll be seeing you guys around.

well, with shark gone...... i migth leave as well or stop playing the game alltogether, unless some things change.
the only reason why i havent left already is because i know how hard the leaders of this clan have had to work to bring it to where it stands. I would feel bad if i just left because of a lack of leadership, its not easy for me to leave a clan that i am so attached to.

sharky is gone . well I don't want anyone else leaving, because a member that was well respected leaves there becomes a chain and more ppl leave. So show some loyalty and don't leave because another member has left. Also sharky I do believe wat ur saying is right, btw I don't really think I count as captain cause I'm not really a captain I think, besides captain is just a rank it proves nothing, what does a captain exactly do? they are just seperating the longer members who are loyal from the members who are inactive/ new etc.

Also why is tino bk in TAN? I thought he said he was just in TAN for FUN.

@SHARKY ! bout rankings and captain system - as i was saying im doing gfx for new roaster i mentioned on page 5-9 of this thread (if im not mistaking), and when its complete we will change the all system with it...
