Clan thread had been updated due the last one was cool at first but got sucky as the time came

Chatbox Rules:
-Respect members unless we are just kidding.
-Don't ask for power unless you like to be kicked.
-Don't speak with full caps. It bothers.
-For each rule violation a warning will be given if you reach 3, bye bye.(banned)
-Also forgive us if we don't speak, private chats are major there. Either that or we are playing ladders.

The First Stage: Our Clan was founded by the first seven people that started to make The Undernet Alliance (TUA) a reality. We called them the First 7.
Our history at the beginning was happy but chaotic, since the First 7 were seven ex members of a Clan called The Hero Crest Clan (THCC), a Clan with nice weather and nice people. Except for the leaders J0N and Ive, the overall reason the First 7 leave and start TUA. One of the First 7, Zero-Sama, was chosen to be the leader of TUA. His leadership was different then THCC's, which some peopled liked and decided to join.

The nuts decision: As THCC was looking forward to have a unison with TUA, most of the members refused this, so THCC members came almost everyday to xat in order to convince us, finally a democracy was made and TUA will be united with THCC, meaning the disban of TUA.
The clan was disbanned around February of 2009.

The days after disbaning: Some ex TUA wanted the clan to be reborn, especially one of the first 7, Dark_Elf_Master, who tried to revive the clan, his determination was strong during the first days, though he quickly surrendered. .
But this inspired the ex leader to revive the clan and plan to revive TUA and archive experience going to some clans before it started.

Second Stage A.K.A. Golden Era: Everything was set, the old fashioned divisions were changed into Villages and most of the ex TUA members improved, since in the beginning most of us were noobs and rookies. This time TUA seemed to be stronger, and this time even more people joined. The clan quickly grew and reached level 14 within a week, with a winning rate over 70%.

Double edged sword and riot: As TUA keep growing peace and mediocre was starting to rule above us. Our leader(me) was getting very lazy due to girl problems, university problems and such. Ernestpun got tired of this and using the possible leave of one theringmaster as a reason. He tried to leave the clan. Some people followed him. However, the leader, some members and friends, stayed united and wanted to rebuild the clan. As ernestpun saw the leader was not lying about change and improve he stayed. Of course the promises were not taken away and the clan thread v2 and recruitment topic project begun.

02/09 -TUA was first released

01/03/09 TUA was disbanned :push

18/05/09 TUA was released again stronger than before

11/06/09 TUA reaches ladder rank

12/09/09 New thread is built.

You will need to fill these applications to join the clan. You will also need to be within the below requirements. We don't like to be mean.
You will need:
Highest level: Jounin
Highest Streak: +12
Ratio: 60% unless reset.
Once inside your ratio will need to be at least 80% until Anbu, and once you reach jounin and you want to ladder to reach higher ranks you will be trialed unless you can prove you can win more often than you lose.

Battles are best of 3.
If you loose by glitch, the opponent Must give a rematch, with the same teams.
No same teams on the best of 3.
If you don't follow the rules mentioned you will loose by DQ (disqualification)

Hmm, as a clan i see potential...i'm going to point out the biggest things i saw

the gfx, one your symbol is cool, but too detailed for a clan symbol...it makes it very difficult to use without it dominating the work
your banners, are semi alright, issue is there are about 4-5 different styles used
best thing i've found is that if you cannot get the same gfx'r to make all the banners for the front page, to get them to all at least use the same style of gfx so the reader doesn't get a confusing message when viewing them as to the feel of the clan

that, and your grammar, spell and grammar check will save your life
