more i think of inoS, more i like her
though i still find hewr stun not underpowerd but unneeded

she looks different from the sneak peak u gave us

i thought her first skill would make or break her

well, she is another nice blood user who seems to be balanced- may be a touch op...i would reduce dmg of fireball by 5
and the ichigo of n-a...a little new

and on her claw slash- does her aoe dmg increase or only her single target dmg?

off topic- u could have been a little more dramatic for a new altar


i'll edit my discussion for kibaS here-
i dont think he needs a cd to fang over fang...that wont fix anything
and i dont expect him to be op either
i dont like how one of his skills i been made extra powerful and one near useless.

his prep...the effects seem nice but in the end its just a prep

does anyone think kiba s is op? ignore's stuns, atack better then cursed chidor, his fait will be the same as cursed sasuke when he did 60 damgage

What I would like to see down with the skill

First remove the cooldown, it's the second biggest problem, yuo can try to argue its like having 2 stun skill but truth be told. 1. The skill is situational, which is the biggest problem, ya it's nice it can stop some characters like guy or lee. But not all melee characters are full melee and have other none melee skills like zabuza has water fall and hidden mist, dosu has melody arm tuning, neji S has Hakke Kushou. The skills is far from a skill, it may have a blocking effect but not a stun effect. A stun effect completely freezes a character, a blocking effect is more situational and just stops type of skill or ability o calling it a stun effect is overestimating the skill. So simply remove the cool down.

Something else I'd like to see done...

I have said this once and I'll say this again, make the effect unique, make it a damage reversing skill (Well due to this and that reason I have no idea if it's a unique anymore.) Let it send back damage onto the character that attacks with the skill on him/her. Note I say damage and I mean damage only, effects like stun or drain still happens but the damage is countered, or visa versa let the skill reverse effects while he still takes the damage. This way the skills damage and cool down will be more appropriate.

A spikers paradise……

Ok over the years I have sat watched, listened to people complain that N-A had been taken over by stun teams and drain teams. At times I agreed the obvious teams were being abused while still trying to protect the right for drain teams and stun team’s existence. Time after time again I watched laup nerf certain characters to try and break the trends of the more obvious teams. But now what I see is a massive siege of spiker teams

Yet I hear little to no complaining towards these teams, but instead more and more teams appears. It seems to me that Naruto arena is becoming spikers heaven, with barely a ripple coming from drainers and stunners. Laup you work towards balance but from what I am seeing the balance is not here. I see two play styles that are literally broken and another that is being abused with little work to control it.

Normally I wouldn’t enter the offensive on a topic like this but I like to know what’s being done to try and break the trend of spiker teams, as well as give little more power back to stunners and drainers? Note I am not talking about the characters that do it, because even most teams that use drainers in theory or literally destroyed in real time or in the end turn to massive spikers for victory. I for one found drain teams required more strategy, we had to maintain our own chakra usage, try and measure our opponents with absolutely knowledge outside starting the game , and keep the pressure of drain on our opponent.

Ok I’m not going to say spiking requires no strategy, but there were more pressure in stunning and draining than in spiking as well as a greater feel for victory at the end. In todays game, that seems to be missing.

and the worst part is that he can be paired with nin and tai spiker, wich is like all the rest of the spikers from n-a

I do, I do! At least he needs a C/D on fang over fang.

Ino(s) : Well, she can't heal herself and the stun has a too high C/D. She has an unique skill and it may take a while to figure out how to deal with her or us her properly.

Thanks for fixing the missions! But the Hinata mission is still partially glitched.

i disagree with your sarcasm sure he has good deff but his attack isnt that strong dmg wise he is well balanced

possibly i do think she needs something more maybe her move that sees skills wont go away if shes stunned that would be an ok boost or maybe she can heal herself? and on the note of kiba ya slap a 1 turn c/d on his fang over fang

As I saw, she's very underpowered on 1 on 1 fights, and her healing abilities should increase - 30 Hp recovery for allies including herself.
And thanks for the characters, but I think for chouji and ino (S) missions, there's no need for the Gaurdian of the flame mission to be completed.

well great job for the chars luap and here is my opinion about the new ones:

Chouji(S)-I like him alot and for now he doesnt need any changes

Ino(S)-I see her stun as a good stun but maybe 2 turns of cooldown is a little too much maybe 1 turn of cd was good

Shino(S)-people may think he is UP,but his skills that makes enemies ignore friendly skills can come very handy against chars like neji,haku,chouji,etc.

Hinata(S)-Well,shes like neji(S) and yoroi.Steals chakra without a CD and also i like her chakra increase+spike skill

Kiba(S)-hmmm i dont know.He´s a great spiker without a cd and that may make him OP,plus he ignores stuns

Kankuro(S)-Perfect hes great and a very original character

Izumo and Kotetsu(S)-They are cool and they can screw team and chars like rock lee,kyuuby,etc

Aoba(S)-Its another tai-gen user and i like him,except for his useless 15 tai combo

Yakushi Kabuto(S)-The second character that can ruin healing teams

Yugito Nii(S)-Great character she´s like the n-a ichigo

ya kakashi s needs a rework
and so dose kakuzu i font get how raiton uses genjutsu, also the sai mission needs some changes cause very little people have him same with kakashi s 8 in a row aint worth it and it says anbu but u need deidera which is jounin. same goes for the 3rd hokage 8 in a row is complex it should be 5 6 in a row max for a mission. and a few mission changes would be nice

Kiba (S) Isnt Owerpowered For Example His Piercing Fang Deals 25 Piercing Damage for One Tai And One Random But Sakura (s) Can Deal Same For Just One Tai And His Fang Over Fang Requires 2 Blodline What Is Sometimes Hard To Get And Normal Kiba Can Deal 60 Damage For 1 Tai And One Random If In Two Headed Dog So Kiba(s) Isnt Owerpovered At All!
