Kakashi: 7/10.
Obito: 6/10

Kakashi is pretty good, but you forgot the CD's... other than that, he's pretty good, though I don't really like his Imperfect Chidori. For Imperfect, it almost seems better than the one he has as an adult.

Obito just has a low damage output overall, but he would be a good person to have on the team as support.
