Milanor:

Soundtracks including links:
We’ll never fight alone (<--recommended)
Milanor’s Theme
Roswell’s Theme
Durant’s Theme
Gulcasa’s Theme

Game of Origin: Yggdra Union
Costumes: The one above. Cameos are:
Cloth is green, fur is dark red.
Light-red and –yellow.
Brown and light green.
Golden and white.
Black and silver.
Background: Nicknamed ‘The Silver Wolf’ for his albino hair and swift movement, Milanor is the leader of a band of thieves. His hideout is destroyed by Bronquia. Angered by the destruction of their home, he and his followers take vengeance on Bronquia. Milanor agrees to help Yggdra reclaim her home...if she will hand him the door keys when the fighting is done. He has a confident attitude but not cocky or arrogant as you could assume. Also he thinks less of stealing and robbing than any other video game thief I know…not to mention that thieves usually don’t use a giant crescent axe in battle!
Stats:
Power: High
Shielding Defense: Average
Weight: Mid-weight
Height: =Lucario
Movement Speed: Decent
Aerial Movement: Average
Falling Speed: Quick
Attacking Speed: Average
Attack Delay: Partly on the slow side
Attack Range: Very Good
Grabbing Range: Average
Taunts:
Up: Lifts axe over the head grinning: “Yeesh…”
Down: Mops his forehead with the hand: “I was worried there for a sec.”
Side: Cracks the axe on the ground placing his hands on it then lifts it again.
Stage: Jaws of the Wolf:
You are brawling in the lower part of a mountain, near Milanor’s former “home”. There is a big rock in the middle, an ascending bunch of rocks on the left (walk off stage) and a lower bunch on the right (walk off as well). You can destroy the rock in the middle and then pick up and throw the stones breaking them at impact.
Special Ability: Exceptional Tether:
If you use the grab button in midair, Milanor will hold his axe’s chain and swing it vertically top down. This attack can even kill a mid-weight at percentages of over 110% but has considerable delay. More importantly if it hits the edge of a stage it slices into the ground and Milanor pulls it out to grab the edge easier and faster than with his recovery move.
_________
Attacks:
<><><><>
A Combo: Reaping Fang: Horizontal slash followed by an uppercut then lifting the axe to the other side to do a stronger uppercut.

F-Tilt: Moon Twist: Quick hook to rack up damage and then a spin slice delivering knock back hitting enemies in behind.
(Separate attacks)

U-Tilt: Crescent Press: Diagonally thrusting the axe upwards.

D-Tilt: Quick Kick: Simple, really. He kneels and kicks low leaning backwards.

Running A: Axe Batch: Thrusting the axe forward while slipping over the ground for a moment.

F-Smash: Hungry Wolf: First a low horizontal slash stepping forward, secondly doing a full turn and lifting up the axe behind the head during the process, thirdly smashing the axe on the ground stepping forward another time, finally breaking up small boulders to add minor damage to the knock back and to cover the back.

U-Smash: Meat Grinder: A wide uppercut holding one of the axe’s chains to immediately spin it two times when it’s above the head to eventually doing a full turn to retract it. (Likely that only the uppercut hits at high percentages since he is delivering slightly move knock back as the second spin cut)

D-Smash: Gyro Blade: Milanor holds the axe’s chain, kneels to place it on the ground, slashes it forward, follows its spin as far as he can by bending, jumps over it while it is behind him, draws it up and turns around in midair while catching it.
_________
Aerials:
<><><><>
N-Air: Trinity Penalty: Kicking forward, turning around weakly slashing high with the axe, then forcefully sidewise kicking high with the other foot.

F-Air: Axing Glove: A straight left handed punch followed by a right handed punch holding the axe while leaning forward delivering considerable knock back with impressive speed.

B-Air: Surprise Cut: Milanor is holding the axe collateral and thus the following direct horizontal spin slash backwards is pretty fast but weakly. (Does not face in the opposite direction after doing so)

U-Air: Alternate Meat Grinder: Suddenly using a left hook upwards, then turning around slashing diagonally upwards and spinning one time while still holding it upwards to add a third hit delivering more knock back before retracting it.

D-Air: Sharp Stomp: Milanor is in a collateral position while stomping down one time before leaning forward thrusting down his axe holing it with both hands. Comparably fast but has delay due to being a spike at percentages of over 100%.

_________
Throws:
<><><><>
Grab A: Knee Bash: W00T! Copying Marth!

Forward: Crescent Slash: He spins one time slashing horizontally in front of him.

Backward: Duplex Pain: Turning around, then horizontally kicking in the enemy’s stomach, letting him go, quickly turning around another time, finally delivering a strong backwards thrust kick on the chest.

Upward: Alternate Axing Glove: An uppercut holding the axe.

Downward: Spine Bisection: Milanor throws the enemy on the ground next to him face down and immediately thrusts the axe onto the enemy making it look like as if he just halved his spine along. (Good old Smash Bros unrealism throws the enemy away afterwards to prevent creating another possible chain grab)
_________
Specials:
<><><><>
B: Critical Hit: Milanor short hops forward lifting the axe over his head and then slashes diagonally top down when landing (it’s the same in midair but he gains minimal altitude when slashing). He has super armor while being in midair and the regular damage is 10% but can be increased by holding the B button before releasing it. This way the damage goes up to 30% after two seconds.
There is a fifty-fifty chance of delivering a critical hit which means that 10% (literally not after calculation) are added to the current damage level. If you hit the enemy’s shield with a fully charged critical hit it breaks and the enemy is thrown far away being unable to move for four seconds.
This case is incredibly situational and personally I think that it’s going to happen even less than one time out of hundred times of usage. So it’s not as overpowered as it seems.

F-B: Axe Hook: Milanor holds the axe’s retral chain and widely swings it forward sidewards. If the enemy is too far away he takes damage and is pushed backwards. If he does happen to be in range, the axe will hit his back and Milanor is able to catch the other chain thus trapping the enemy between himself and his axe. The following things can not be used in midair, no matter the distance to the enemy.
-Press the B button to pull the chains squeezing the enemy and inflicting minor damage.
-Tilt forward to lift the axe releasing the enemy. However Milanor jumps while doing so and kick the enemy’s chin to blow him away. Nearby enemies are hit by the swung axe in this case.
-Tilt in the opposite direction to snuggle the enemy with the axe. Milanor then angles his legs after doing a back flip to stomp into the enemy’s stomach once he landed onto him to finally swing the axe bottom up jumping backwards also damaging nearby enemies like in the previous case. If you hold the control stick forward, Milanor is going to jump forward instead of backwards. Just in case of being near an edge since this is not a suicide-skill.

U-B: Bladed Helicopter: Milanor swings the axe above his head holding one chain. He then rotates it like a propeller to gain altitude damaging foes above. The vertical distance ranges from Lucas’s second jump to Yoshi’s second jump which is the case if Milanor used his own second jump right before using the recovery move.
Damage is unexpended and the knock back of the last heli-spin is nothing to worry about, not even at very high percentages. (It kills a mid-weight at 200%…) That’s why he is still able to use any other move but B-skills until he lands. He has no super armor while ascending by the way.

D-B: Ace Guard: Milanor shields with his axe which is glowing blue for a moment. If anyone hits it in that state, the enemy can’t move and Milanor hauls off to slowly spin two times moving forward and delivering a literally striking blow with the second spin slash. Enemies in behind take minor damage and are pushed away.
However Milanor must be hit from in front in order to counter, additionally the delay is considerably long if it fails. In the end he only gains a momentary super armor while spinning, not an ultra armor like Marth or Lucario.

Final Smash: Rockfall:
Milanor firstly uses the power of ‘Mirage’ to change the surroundings to a wasteland. This newly created stage is a completely flat walk-off without platforms. He then thrusts the axe over his head shouting: “How do you like that!?” Giant rocks start to rave down out of the sky behind him so you can determine where they come from beforehand (only from left or right though).
Each rock inflicts 20% of damage, kills a mid-weight at 80%, there are seven rocks in total, and they break apart into five smaller rocks at impact inflicting 4% of damage each without making the enemy flinch. Additionally, Milanor doesn’t move while using Rockfall but gains invulnerability until the final rock has crashed onto the ground and he can already move again right before this happens.

Done! That took longer than expected. *pant pant*

Zure said its his faveorite RPG for the GBA,and its my 3rd fave sRPG.

Its worth the buy,for sure.

@Zure,Milanor is actually short, you learn later in the game,so a bit shorter than Lucario actually, and Roswells theme...<3

On to the moves,F-Smash: Hungry Wolf seems like a hard move to use,but you said he has grear range,so we dont need to worry about that XD.
With good range & power,he might be like Ike o_O.

However, his attack delay is "On the slow side" so I guess that makes up for it.

His fair seems to be a great move for damage dealing at low percents, but I think his uair is his only killing aerial...or did I read it wrong?
Critical Hit seems like a good move when your approaching someone, because you dint say it had anylag on it.

His recovery seems to be a bit OP,but what do I know XD.

I hope I did this right o_O

Formerly a human ninja and member if the Japanese ninja clan Shirai Ryu, Scorpion is now a black and yellow garbed, hell-spawned revenant, inexorably seeking vengeance against those responsible for the destruction of his clan and the death of his family. He vowed to not harm, and protect, his younger brother (the new Sub-Zero) as atonement for murdering his brother. He has a fierce hatred of the sorcerer, Quan Chi, since he was the one who murdered his clan and family.

A Standard: Right Punch, Left Horizontal Arm Swing, Rising Kick
A punch, swing of his arm and a upward kick.

A Side: Palm Hit
He strikes with an open palm.

Smash Side: Mugai Ryu Stab
He thrusts his shinobi katana forward, stabbing the enemy.

A Up: High Kick
He kicks directly above him.

Smash Up: Mugai Ryu Swing
He swings his shinobi katana above him in a left-to-right motion.

A Down: Knee Punch
He punches while crouching on his knee.

Smash Down: Leg Takedown
He moves his leg across the ground and knocks them off thier feet.

A Running: Jumping Kick
He jumps forward with his leg extended.

Midair Standard: Mugai Ryu Spin
He spins his shinobi katana in his hand.

Midair Front: Air Kick
He extends his leg forward while in the air.

Midair Back: Backflip Kick
He performs a backflip which is followed by a trail of flames, which damages opponents.

Midair Up: Mugai Ryu Slice
He swiftly swings his shinobi katana upward in a vertical motion.

Midair Down: Mugai Ryu Thrust
He thrust his shinobi katana downward, but then curves it upwards and to the left.

Grab Execute: Spear Head Stab
He swings his right hand, trying to grab someone. If an enemy comes in contact, they are grabbed, and take minor damage. He lifts characters so his moves connect at the same height.

Grab Up: Air Throw
He throws the enemy upward and quickly jumps and grabs them, he then throws them back downwards at the ground. The enemy only goes a Mario character's height off the ground.

Grab Down: Uppercut
He unleashes a powerful uppercut on the opponent, knocking them into the air.

Grab Back: Teleport Punch
He teleports behind the opponent then punches them in the back, sending them forward.

Grab Front: Face Kick
He turns to his left and kicks to his side, directly at the opponent's face, sending them forward.

Special Standard: Mugai Ryu Barrage
He swings his shinobi katana in a horizontal motion right, then in a horizontal motion left, then in a vertical motion downward, then in a vertical motion upward and finally a quick spin with his sword extended. The first two moves can be performed with connecting with the enemy, but the other three moves must be done in a combo on the enemy after the first two.

Special Side: Bloody Spear
He shoots his rope with a kunai end forward. This move takes two seconds to reach it's maximum reach, and leaves the user open another two seconds while it comes back if it misses. If it hits, the enemy is brought to them (in the air it just does minor damage) and they are stunned for one second, and can be hitting or grabbed then. You must wait two seconds after using this move to use it again. It travels a long distance (similar to ZSS' grab execute) but only travels in a straight line.

Special Up: Teleport
He disappears in a burst of flames. He reappears in whatever direction you tilt the control. The flames he disappears, and reappears in, do minor damage. This move functions similarly to Shiek's Vanish, but with a slightly longer distance.

Special Down: Hellfire
He lifts both upwards as flames come out of the ground from beneath the enemy. They are the height of Jigglypuff, but last two seconds, and you can become stuck in it (like with Ness' PK Fire). I has the width of a Jigglypuff also. Scorpion can not perform an attack or move until the flames disappear (2 seconds) or he is hit.

Edge Recovery: Frontflip Heel Slam
He performs a frontflip while slamming his heel downward, hitting the ground.

Standing: Sliding Kick
He sits on his ass and bends his knee, then kicks it forward. His heel slides across the ground a short distance, as his foot kicks foes.

Final Smash: Toasty!
Scorpion shoots his Bloody Spear forward while yelling "Get over here!" If he misses, this move is over. If he hits the enemy, they are brought to him (if Scorpion is in the air they just take 20% with moderate knock back). The screen slightly darkens, and he cuts the enemy left, then right, in a horizontal motion with the spear head. He then takes off his mask (if you are using the costume Inferno, he does not) and breathes fire on the enemy. After they are burned for five seconds (they receive thirty damage on top of the five from the Bloody Spear and five from the slashes) and they then are sent flying backwards (the distance depends on thier damage). He then puts his mask back on (he does not do this if you are using the Inferno costume) and Ed Boon (creator of Mortal Kombat) says "Toasty!" Scorpion is invulnerable during this move.

SSE:
As Mario, Link, Pit, Kirby and Yoshi approach the cave's entrance a figure emerges from the darkness. Noob Saibot begins to attack the players. As he is about to strike Mario a rope with a kunai at the tip hits his hand and a voice yells "Get over here!" Scorpion tries to pull Noob Saibot to him, but he disappears in smoke. He reappers behind Scorpion, trying to unleash a surprise attack. Scorpion quickly turns around and blocks his attack. [The screen is shown from behind Scorpion.] Noob Saibot charges towards him, and Scorpion does the same. [Screen is shown from over Scorpion's right shoulder. You must defeat Noob Saibot as Scorpion.]

Comment:
The next character I post will be Noob Saibot, to finish this SSE part. After him will be Leland Vanhorn, also known as Serial Killer X or SKX. I would've post Leland sooner, but his moves are difficult to think of.
