Nintendo's official WW guide calls Molgera a she multiple times.

That's how bosses should look like.

Some problematic things unfortunately are:

-Thardus' Ice Spikes are hard to avoid. If he uses these to basically cover the whole stage, you can't even avoid them by jumping because they last three seconds! Bowser would have a very hard time dodging them. Ok, Metaknight and Lucario certainly don't but he appears in "boss battles" right?

-If Thardus is as big as he was in Metroid Prime, then he has about the doubled size of Bowser. You have to use your recovery move once again to avoid being hit by his Roll. It's almost the same as the Rushing move Duon uses, but Thardus moves slowly so a simple dodge roll won't be able to completely avoid the attack.

-Because of these two attacks I suggest him also being in the center of the stage in the beginning and to be able to just walk around. He has to get in close range for his punch anyway.

-Molgera seems like an easy win unless she is able to use the Molgerins while using Heat Seeker or Sand Muncher.

These are only minor flaws and most characters should have no problem fighting against them. All in all, great job...

(...even if you just explained how they worked in the original games) =D

WRONG
Thardus' ice spikes are short spikes, about the size of Tlink, easy to avoid with a jump + recovery, since Thardus can't attack until they disappear.

You're taking his MP1 size too literal. Rayquaza & Meta Ridley were shrunk, Ridley was enlarged, Thardus' size would need to be naturally taken down.
The roll is also slow, so it's easy to jump forward over.

You need to come close to fight him, right? His arm smash attack range is not a problem since only fags spam projectiles on bosses. He can move around by using roll, like how Galleom moves.

Then it's okay. Imagine Thardus throwing a stone when you're busy doing a recovery to avoid being frozen by the spikes.

I thought all that through.
The stone does little damage, it's just for a long range air attack.

WTF!?
You better make Kalle Demos after that because I can already imagine how Jalhalla is going to work.

Jalhalla

Music:
Jalhalla Battle (Ganon's Tower)

Game of Origin:
The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker

A giant poe, consisting entirely of smaller poes. It has appeared in numerous Zelda games as a boss. He appeared in The Wind Waker, as boss of the Earth Temple & in Ganon's Tower, he was also in Four Swords Adventure, as the boss of Hyrule Castle at night. A poe also has possessed the porcelain mask, and the giant poe's face. Why however, is unknown.

Blow:

Jalhalla unleashes a fierce gust, pushing the foes in front of him back.

Inhale:

Jalhalla sucks up anything in front of him, and spits it out towards the screen edge closest to him.

Fire Breath:

Jalhalla blows a stream of fire straight ahead, anyone hit is pushed backwards and receives damage.

Lantern Fireballs:

Jalhalla shakes his lantern, anyone who is hit takes damage. Several fireballs also come out of the lantern, inflicting damage on touch.

Belly Flop:

Jalhalla slams his body onto an opponent, but they do not take damage. Instead, their controls are reversed for ten seconds.

Lantern Swing:

Jalhalla swings his lantern, doing minor damage.

Area:
Crypt - Grounded

Story:

Before battle-
Toon Link & Wolf enter a door, and into a large dark room. Upon entering, the door behind them is locked, and a mask in front of them begins to move. As they mask begins to levitate, poes come from the walls and fly into the mask. A giant poe forms around the mask, and a lantern appears in its hand. It laughs, while Toon Link takes out his sword and Wolf takes out his blaster. You choose either Toon Link or Wolf to begin to battle.

After battle-
Jalhalla screeches, and drops the lantern. The poe's body disappears, but the mask remains. After they mask looks left and right, it looks back at Toon Link & Wolf, as Toon Link shoots an arrow into the mask middle, shattering it. A door opens on the other side of the room, and a light shines into the dark room. Toon Link & Wolf exit through the door, into a forest.

Comment:
Another custom boss character. I added a part for him in SSE, like I did with Thardus.

---------------------------------------------------
@Zure:
I only do characters I like.
Thardus & Jalhalla are two of my favorite bosses.
Although I love the music of Kalle Demos' Ganon's Tower battle, I hate him.

He doesn't have many moves, and you have to count the fact that all but one attack can't be done if he isn't hanging from a ceiling.

How is Jalhalla? I know the pic is bad, I couldn't find a good one.

The pic just has a low res but he should work just fine overall.

...
Here goes nothing.

Kalle Demos:
Click the below to listen to the soundtracks. I vote for own soundtracks for every boss, even while playing boss battles! You get the first soundtrack when defeating Kalle Demos on level easy, second one on normal level, and third one on level hard.
Soundtrack 1: Kalle Demos
Soundtrack 2: Armoghoma
Soundtrack 3: Diababa

Game: The legend of Zelda: Wind Waker
Background: Kalle Demos is the source of all evil inside the Forbidden Woods and Link once had to defeat it before it digests Makar who “accidentally” fell down into the Forbidden Woods and ended up next to Kalle Demos. Whether it had started out as a regular Boko Baba who mutated into a giant plant, or a Boko Baba corrupted and strengthened by Ganondorf is unknown. Two other possibilities are that it could either be a separate species of Boko Baba, or simply a flowering Boko Baba.

Intro: Sheik and Marth are hurrying through a dark forest at night. They were captured in separate cells in the dungeon of a nearby Forsaken Tower which are some sort of mass bastilles where everyone who is a threat for Ganondorf and his goons is brought to. Since Tabuu is gone, he didn’t give a damn about working with Bowser so instead of conquering Hyrule and eventually the world why not begin with the land of the Subspace Emissary? Somehow Sheik and Marth managed to free themselves. Unfortunately they were noticed by a guard and had no time to free any other prisoners. Instead they had to fight their way through to the entrance a few floors higher and are now fleeing through the nearby forest. And they do get away. They look back while walking to check if they made it. Too bad that Sheik doesn’t notice what she’s stepping on. Suddenly she falls on her back because something pulled the rug from under her which was one of the five petals of the now awakening Kalle Demos. Ironic that Sheik, master of quickness and silence, woke up a sleeping monster. Demos isn’t very enthusiastic about those two humans waking him up. They could run away of course but as their natural instinct demands they choose to fight.

Stage: Kalle Demos is sleeping at a big glade so he has enough space to “splay”. It’s a walk-off stage by the way but there is a big tree on the right side so if you are hit critically you might just bounce off it and it falls over. Yeah well, nearly every tree in this forest is rotten so no wonder. Many trees are big and stable enough for Kalle Demos to hold onto them with his tentacles releasing his clawed ones out of his underside.

Attacks:

Tentacle Strike: First all tentacles are glowing in a yellow light, are shaking, and then crash onto the ground. The tentacles are long so you are most likely in the situation to dodge instead of run away.

Plant Mole: Kalle Demos pricks his tentacles through the ground and moves them near you to make them pop out again grappling around when they are below you. He doesn’t pop out all at once though. The number can go up to eight times until all tentacles are out of the ground and since they don’t stop grappling you might have a hard time avoiding damage if you let them pop out in a way so you can’t jump over a row of them anymore or have no space to run away. Once all tentacles popped out he pulls them back to him.

Demos Offshoot: The bloom opens a bit spitting out yellow seeds falling on the ground. They grow roots quickly which are digging their way into earth pulling the seed with them. After a short while, a big red-violet bloom grows all of a sudden and a Boko Baba pops out of it trying to snap you if you come too close without already killing them. Four Boko Babas is the regular number of enemies but it can also be 5 or 6 if you have bad luck.

Blossom Bash: Kalle Demos suddenly crushes on the ground while opening the bloom to smash you into the ground before closing the bloom again. This is comparably his fastest attack.

Tentacle Slash: Simply slashing vertically with the tentacles to throw you off stage.

Tentacle Feint: Instead of slashing bottom-up, he firstly thrusts the tentacles diagonally at the ground followed by an upper slash. This is a bit tricky because you can never be sure by 100% that he is using the slash or the feint when the tentacles are moving but not glowing because then you would know that he uses the Tentacle Strike.

Spinning Flower: Kalle Demos does a fast half turn and then a full turn the other way round. During the half turn he is moving downwards and during the full turn he is moving upwards again. The spinning tentacles are relatively powerful this time because the first few ones deal minor damage and the last one delivers a strong blow which could be your end.

Falling Blossom: First he stretches his tentacles diagonally upwards in the air. This is the time when you should run to the border of the stage! After a short while he uses the Blossom Bash followed by instantly bashing the tentacles onto the ground as well. If you block the powered up Blossom Bash your shield is near breaking so even if you manage to dodge the tentacles afterwards, your shield won’t be of any use for a few seconds in which you might need it.

Outro: Kalle Demos’s main body is bursts away and hops around for a while until it starts quivering to finally stop moving. Meanwhile the tentacles are falling on the ground as the blossom does. The petals are waving around and once the main body stops moving they stop moving as well and slowly breeze down on the ground. Now that this is done, Sheik and Marth are just realizing that it should be hypothetically possible to free the prisoners in the not so far Forsaken Tower. They remember only two guards being present at each floor and since the tower has about 15 floors (including the ones under ground) they have no other choice but to go back and to serve as the heroes they are. Marth gives himself a face palm for running away so hurriedly before and runs in the direction of the tower. Sheik looks at the dead monster, shrugs, and then follows Marth.

Once again I overdid it, even with a boss…At least he pwnz more than in the actual game. =D

Woah, a little OP, don't you think?

Am I a trend setter or what...
First the song of the week everybody started copying, now adding a story part to the bosses?
I'm never recognized for it either...
