Character: Vector
Bio: Vector is just a happy go lucky guy that works in a business with two of his best friends Espio and Charmy. After seeing how he didnt get paid by eggman he gave up the business for a while, but he realized he cant live without his money. So, as soon as he got back, he got a call from sonic saying that he needed back up. So he geared up and got ready fr the brawl
Stage: Casino park (Its a fun stage btw) 9there are bumpers everywhere and if you land inside the slot machine you get to roulette to see what kind of item will pop out.
song: The two casino songs.
Costumes: Standard, gangster Vector, punk Vector, rockstar Vector.

A set
His A attack: he chomps the enemy with his teeth
His A A A (this will be a twist indeed!): he bites, then bites again, and then like wario he keeps them in his mouth for an extra amount of time till the opponet can get out. the two bites do 5% and the extra chomps can deal up to 15% extra!
Side tilt: He Punches out fiercly with one of his hands.
Up tilt: Like any other croc would do, he does a short hop and snaps his jaws hard!
down tilt: vector thinks hes in water, so he gets on his belly and starts biting the air. X3 silly Vector!
Side smash: Now, Vector is a crocodile. So what he does, is he bites his opponet, and latches on! he can deal up to an extra 10%, however this can be broken if the opponet hurts Vector too much, or if they do a perfect shield.
Up smash: he grabs the opponet with his hands and throws them upward, and chases after them with a bite! same deal, he can do up to an extra 10%
Down smash: Now, Vector is a big man, so for his down smash, he stomps on the ground and makes the opponets fly upwards.
Aerials
nair: Vector majestically spins in the air releaving him of any nearby enemies.
fair: Depending on which arm he has (Which will be explained later) Different results can happen
Fire arm: he shoots fire and burns them for extra damage as well.
Bubble guim arm: No damage, but forces them away. (No, not like squirtle or FLUDD, I mean serious blowback!)
Note arm: If it hits them their controls are inverted for 5 seconds.
Bair: Vector has a huge tail, so he slams it against the enemy(ies) behind him.
dair: Also so depends on which arm he has
Fire arm: A direct spike
Bubble arm: Does nothing sadly.
Note arm: Just does damage with the 5 second invert
grabs
To grab he chomps and keeps them in his mouth
To damage while grabbed he chews
Forward throw: he slams his head (Ouch!) into the ground with full force.
Down throw: he spits them out, puts his Foot on their neck and depending on the arm
Fire arm: They get normal damage, but also take over time damage
Bubble arm: careful...the nice breath of the gum restores a bit of the opponets life
Note arm: does more then extra damage, but no invert
back throw: He simply just throws them over his back..well spits them out.
Up throw: he throws them into the air and depending on the arm
Fire arm: burns them
Bubble arm: pushes them up really high
Note arm: The notes get shattered by the wind so it sadly does nothing
Specials....heres where it gets interesting again
standard spec (man im hungry): vector gets hungry, so when an enemy throws ANY projectile vector heals 5%
Side special (Surprise Surprise!): Depending on which arm he has an how long you hold it
Fire arm: if you hold for 3 seconds it does below average damage and burns them for Damage. If held for 10 seconds, it does normal damage and still does DOT (Damage over time)
if held for thirty seconds the range is increased by a little otherwise same effect as 10 seconds. ( Btw, the range on his attacks that require arms, its the range of Olimars side smash.)
Bubble arm: If held for 3 seconds it does a pushback, if held for 10 seconds it heals vector 5% and pushes opponets back. if held for thirty seconds, he spits it in a diamter of the range, and they explode! explosion dimater is about as big as Links bombs.
Note arm: If held for 3 seconds, it does normal damage and nothing more. If held for 10 seconds still does normal damage, but inverts opponets controls for 5 seconds. If held for 30 seconds, it does above average damage and inverts for 10 seconds. if held for a minute, it still does above average damage, however, control is not inverted, it is random. (This is the only arm that gets clocked back to zero if Vector dies. All other arms, the clock is saved. However, only clock can be saved.)
Down special (getting tired of this taste): eventually, you will have to switch no matter what. vecotr gets tired of his gum, fire breath, notes? XD So he switches them. (Switch takes about half a second)
Up spec (No name): depending on the arm determines your recovery.
Fire arm: Sorry, this is only an attack, no recovery
Bubble arm: the most useful recovery as it is like Snakes cypher
Note arm: Luckily, the hooked edge of the note hooks on to the stage (Tether recovery)
taunts
Up taunt (My fav) he shakes his head back and forth and says "the things i do for money"
Side taunt (second fave) : he does the little dance from the olympics and says "haha! i win"
Down taunt (third fave XD): he nods again and says: "Sorry, Im jsut in it for the money"
FS ENJOY THE SHOW!
vector kills the lights and calls espio and charmy and the spotlight turns on them! They sing a concert! However, they play so horribly it hurts! does an auto 30% (No blowback) and the rest is determined by his arm.
Fuire arm: Deals an extra 10% (No blowback still) and does DOT
Bubbke arm: deals no extra damage, however there are exploding bubbles everywhere! if the opponet does touch them, its a 20% with blowback! =O
Note arms: Does no extra damage, but controls are random for 45 seconds.
Notes and authors beliefs
Oh man, I had a good time with this one. I dont know why, but I am obssessed with DOTs and inversion. Most people must be thinking "hes way OP!". Well, I say, not really. each arm has a down side no matter what and the timing of his attacks are crucial.
