I know there are quite a few people out there like me, who take an existing character from another game and modify him/her for use in Smash Bros or other games. I had a few but I'll just place my best one. Many whom have played Namco's "Tales" series will recognize him.

Name: Kratos Aurion
Game: Tales of Symphonia
Weapon of choice: Single Sword (Excalibur or Flamberge)
Costume: Regular or Judgement
Taunt: Turns his back to the camera, saying "Never had a chance"
Taunt 2: Brushes the hair away from his eyes, and readies his sword, saying "Want more?"

A button moveset
A: Sword Slash (3 combo)
Strong A Up: Crescent Slash (partly covers an area in front of him)
Strong A Side: Demon Fang (Slash damages, but a small wave of energy is released, damaging the 1st enemy it hits)
Strong A Down: Sweeps forward with the sword.
Smash A Side: Hard horizontal slash to one side.
Smash A Up: Swings regularly to boost the opponent upwards, then delivers a hard slash upward, sending the foe to the stars.
Smash A Down: Stabs the sword into the ground, causing several rock spears to jab directly upward around Kratos. Vaguely similar to the Grave tech

Grabs and Throws:
Grab attack: Hits opponent with the butt of the sword.
Forward: Tosses the opponent upward slightly, followed by a broadside hit from the sword
Backward: Takes the opponent by the neck and hurls him/her backward with one hand.
Upward: Throws the opponent upward, then casts Air Thrust (Wind blades envelop and slice the opponent) to cause further damage.
Downward: Hurls the opponent downward hard, causing him/her to bounce back up only to be slammed (punched, actually) back down by Kratos' free hand.

B button moveset:
B:Fire Ball
Up- B: Victory Light Spear/Light Spear Cannon*
->When Kratos is on the ground, it's Light Spear Cannon, with the final thrust being chargable for 2 seconds. In midair, it becomes Victory Light Spear, to aid his recovery towards the stage. The final slash in VLS knocks the opponent horizontally away from Kratos.
Down- B: Fierce Demon Fang (Shockwave does less damage than the slash's connection)
-> Hold Down the B button to change to Grave Blade, which enlargens the shock wave's radius.
Left/Right- B:Lightning Blade (the lightning's strike does pop the person off of the ground, but it doesn't have a good KOing push to it.)

Final Smash:Judgement- Powerful Beams of Light rain down on random parts of the stage, seriously damaging all who come into contact.

Side Note:
When on the ground, Fierce Demon Fang can combine with Light Spear Cannon to rack up damage. This keeps up to T.O.S.'s Linkable Techs.

You have to have the Name (Duh!) and the full Attack Tree. Costume Style and the Final Smash are optional.
That's my submission.

I look forward to viewing your ideas. -ZX

To put this topic back ON TOPIC:

Kakashi Hatake: From the Naruto anime and manga series

B: Charge Lightning Blade (Works like samus's arm cannon)
Up + B: Front Lotus
Right + B: Summoning Jutsu: Pakkun (runs in a line until ithits a wall or falls off of map)
Down + B: Earth Style: Headhunter Jutsu

Finishing move: Water Style: Giant Waterfall attack (sweeps all enemies off the stage and they can't recover)
Closing time.... every new beginning comes from some other beginning's end...

No, but people will take characters, (regardless of what game they hail from, orboro) and make a movelist for a Super Smash Bros.-style form of that same character. I've been doing this kind of creating stuff since Melee.

Lemme restate: If you could take any character from any Videogame, and put him/her into the Smash Bros scene, who would it be?

I'll be doing Solar Boy Django, who, sadly, not enough people know about because they haven't played THE GREATEST HANDHELD GAME EVAR!!!11!111!!!!!1

Solar Boy Django

Games: Boktai 1 and 2, Boktai 3 (japan only), Boktai DS (japan only)
Costumes: Default, Black Django, Dark Boy Sabata, Aaron
Style: Extremely well-balanced, mixes long-range and close-range well. Subpar jumps.

A Attacks
A: Gram - A vertical slash with a sword. Inflicts more damage on an enemy facing away from Django.
A Repeatedly: Solar Tools - Django unleashes a flury of weapons in a 4-hit combo. 1) Sword; nothing special, 2) Spear; good reach, 3) Hammer; hits in front and behind, 4) Solar Gun; large short-range blast - size makes it hard to dodge
A Smash: Sun Piece - A miniature sun is hurled in front of Django which then explodes. Blast radius and smashing power can be increased by charging
Down-A: Mjolnir
Up-A: Gungnir - Stabs upward with a spear. Longer range but less powerful than Sabata's.
Sideways-A: Toasty - Otenko's successor headbutts in front of Django and remains floating for several seconds as a useable platform.
Running A: Tornado Frame - Essentially the same thing as Sabata's Phantom Frame ground version. Although the spread has long reach, only the inner part causes flinching.
Air A (all directions): Otenko - A flying sunflower being (?) swoops forward and vanishes. If a direction is pressed, he goes that way. Nothing else of note.

Grabs and throws: Django traps the enemy in a coffin. He can slowly move with it, dragging the coffin by a chain. Grab attacks involving weapons are affected by enchantment
Grab Attack: The coffin is whacked with a hammer.
Up: A miniature SolarPile shoots a beam of sunlight from underneath the coffin, blasting it upward.
Down: A miniature SolarPile shoots a beam of sunlight from above the coffin, dealing chain hits.
Sideways: Django spins around with the coffin extended on its chain before letting go. Has slightly longer reach than Mario's sideways throw.

B Attacks
B: Gun del Sol - A projectile attack similar to Samus'. Can be charged, but not if Django is underneath a platform that can be moved out from under of. If it hits the enemy from behind, they are also stunned for several seconds if they land on the stage (as opposed to being sent out of the frame).
Up-B: Solar Bike - Takes a moment to charge up, during which he can be knocked out of it. If used on the ground Django speeds forward for several seconds, knocking back any enemies he hits. If used in the air he rockets upwards at about a 20 degree angle (more up than sideways). Comparable to Fox's Up-B.
Down-B: Solar Grenades - Django hurls a solar grenade in an arch at an enemy. If Django is facing an enemy, it will alter its trajectory slightly to increase or decrease distance in accordance with the enemy's location. Because of the arc, it can clear some walls.
Sideways-B: Sol de Vice - Django stabs with his spear. This also "enchants" his A attacks with lunar magic for several seconds to increase their damage, speed, or smashing power depending on which element is enchanted (the selection is random).

Final Smash: PileDriver - Django traps the enemy in front of him in a coffin, as in his grab moves. Four SolarPiles appear at the corners of the screen and fry the coffin with solar energy, dealing massive damage. Any enemies who are hit by the beams also take damage, and if an enemy tries to guard against it their shield is automatically destroyed.

Taunt: "Taiiiiyyooooooooooo...!!" - Django raises his Solar Gun to the sky as a beam of sunlight surrounds him. Lengthy duration.

Advice of the Week: Natural talent beats hard work every time.

I'm impressed, Chrisnemo. It's very good descriptions.
As for Kakashi_pwnzor, the Final Smash is a little... much being an insta-kill. But, then again, Final Smashes are one-time-use items.

Those are pretty good, but I was expecting more feedback. (Especially from those in the "Official Super Smash Bros. Topic")
I'll post another.

Name: Zero V2
Game: Megaman Zero (1, 2, 3, and 4)
Weapon: Z-Saber, Varies

A: Slash with the Z-Saber (3 combo)
Strong A Up: Thrusts the Triple Rod upwards
Strong A Side: Performs the Rising Slash
Strong A Down: Sweeps the Z-Saber in front of him
Smash A Up: Holds the Triple Rod over his head, spinning it
Smash A Side: Delivers multiple quick blows with the Recoil Rods, then sends the opponent away with a Cross Slash.
Smash A Down: Faces straight forward (or Backward, depending) and thrusts his fists diagonally downward. (Note: His left hand hosts the Z-Knuckle and is stronger than his right hand, which he holds the Z-Saber with.)

B:Z-Buster - It can be charged.
Up- B:Shouenga (Flame Fang) - Basically, it's a Fire-element uppercut with the Z-Saber. Can be used for recovery. (From MMZ4)
Down- B:Energy Chain - Zero thrusts the Chain Rod into an enemy and transferrs some of Zero's damage % to the foe. (From MMZ2)
Side- B:Crawl Shield - The Shield Boomerang is thrown forward in horizontal fashion to travel along the ground. Travels only for a limited distance. (From MMZ3)

Grabs And Throws: Zero uses the Chain Rod here (Similar to Link's Hookshot)
Grab Attack: A punch in the face (Didn't have an idea here)
Up: Retracts the Chain Rod. He points the enemy to the sky and fires him/her
Down: Swings the opponent upward (whereupon he/she gets cut by the free-flying segments of the Chain Rod) and then slams him/her down into the ground.
Side: Quickly kicks the foe off of the Chain Rod and blows him/her away with an Overhead Slash.

Final Smash- War Zone
-> This Final Smash welcomes 3 guest stars into the mix for a couple of minutes. They are: Sage Harpuia, Fairy Leviathan, and Fighting Fefnir. They all attack the other characters in the match. Each attacking one opponent. Needless to say, the number varies depending on how many characters are partcipating and which guardians appear are decided at random. Attacking a guardian for 100% of damage causes that guardian to leave. (Zero is mobile during this, but B-button attacks cannot be used)

Blaziken
Game: Pokemon Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald
Costumes: Default, Shiny
Movement Speed: Fast
A button attacks: Kicks and punches, weak but can be strung together easily.

B: Fire Punch - Stops most projectiles, other than that nothing special

Up-B: Seismic Toss - Sort of a hybrid between the same button-moves for Kirby and Captain Falcon/Ganondorf. If there is an enemy next to Blaziken they are grabbed. Blaziken launches into the air and then slams into the ground, hurting the enemy that was grabbed. Either way, any enemies that touch him while he's in midair during this time are sent flying. Can be used as a recovery move.

Down-B: Blaze Kick - If used on the ground it lifts Blaziken up in a fiery arc, while it does the opposite when used in midair.

Sideways-B: Ember - Reminiscent of PK fire, small flames are spat at the ground a bit away that burn for several seconds.

Final Smash: Overheat - Surrounded in flames, Blaziken soars left and right, up and down across the screen, his trajectory determined by the location and number of enemies. Since its power can't really be weakened by the move, as it was in the original game, it instead takes damage during the course of the move.

Additional Notes: Although at first glance Blaziken sounds like it would be a carbon copy of Captain Falcon, it is actually closer to Ness. It's an opportunist figther, utilizing the terrain and weak combos until an opportuny opens to finish off the enemy. It also features the highest jump of any character, although the jump is as slow as it is high.
Advice of the Week: Natural talent beats hard work every time.

Deoxys
Game: Pokemon Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, XD Gale of Darkness, Firered, Leafgreen, Diamond, Pearl. * Phew*
Costumes : Default, Shiny
Speed : Varies on which form he is in
A button attacks : Punch combos and rams with body ( non perverted stuff like humping. I mean ramming with shoulder and stuff like that.) Also kicks.

OK here is the thing about Deoxys. He has many forms so here are the combinations for turning into his forms. Every form he is in has a different B move. When the battle starts he is in normal form but if you press DOWN-B he will turn into defense form and he will be slower, but he will have greater defense but have a little lowered attack power. FORWARD-B he turns into speed form, but his defense drops greatly, and his speed rises. UP-B he turns into attack form and his defense is slightly lower than normal, but his attack rises greatly. His speed is also lower slightly in attack form. To turn back into normal form you just press the B combination that you used to turn into the present form you are in. Each form has their own special move by just pressing B.

If you press B when you are in normal form, he will do a counter attack thing like Marth and Roy.

If you press B When he is in defense form he will do a Ness pk barrier, but it will also block moves like your block button, but breaks faster and absorbs magic hits like Samus's beam, which won't damage the health of the shield.

If you press B while he is in speed form he will do a blue dash like fox and falco.

If you press B while in Attack form you will do a Mewtwo Shadow Ball charge up move.

Final smash : Deoxys traps the opponent with a wrap using his Double Helix arms. Then while they are trapped he fires a hyper beam right in front of them with his crest.

Deoxys would be a hidden character and to unlock him you must win 20 vs. matches with pikachu vs. any lvl 9 computer Pokemon. Then you must beat adventure mode once. Then do every pokemon character's target test ( pikachu, pokemon trainer, ect.)
Then have played at least 30 battles with pokemon trainer in vs. mode. ( you have to use him) Then finish any match in vs. mode with pokemon trainer and it will do the whole challenger approaching thing. Beat him and he is yours. You can do the steps in any order but the last one is the last thing you must do.

DANG I WISH I COULD REALLY UNLOCK HIM!! HE WOULD BE THE COOLEST CHARACTER EVER!!!!!! COME ON NINTENDO! MAKE HIM A CHARACTER!

Costumes: Default, Bandana around neck (Mystery Dungeon)
Red, Bandana around neck Blue, Bandana around neck Green.
Power/Movement/Defense: Medium-high speed, Medium-high power,
Low Defense, Light character.

A Button Attacks: Basic A+A+A combo = Triple Slash
Light A attack (towards enemy) = Tail whip

Mid-Air Attack (Up) = Upward Tail Whip
Mid-Air Attack (Down) = Frontflip Tail Whip
Mid-Air Attack (Back) = Spinning Slash
Mid-Air Attack (Forward) = Downward Fire Punch (Meteor Smash Attack)

B Button Attacks:
Regular B Attack = Flamethrower (Can Be Held)
(Loses Range Each Second Held)
Smash B Attack = Fire Punch (Has Far Range,
Charmander moves along with the punch like Captain
Falcon's Falcon Kick)
Down B Attack = Volcanic Stomping (Works Like
Dk's Earthquake, can be repeadetly pressed)
Up B Attack = Blast Burn (Direction may be
chosen with directional stick)

Grappling Moves:
Grappling Strike = Bite
Grappling Attack (Right) = Claw Thrust (Sends Opponent In direction used.)
Grappling Attack (Left) = Backwards Flame
(Charmander flips opponent behind him and slaps with tail.
Sends opponent backwards)

a transparent flurry of kicks and punches. Sends opponent upwards.)
Grappling Attack (Down) = Ember Rush (Charmander throws
the opponent to the ground and fires multiple speedy embers
at the opponent. Opponent is thrown to ground)

Final Smash = Dragons Raging Flame (Looses a huge flame with a high vertical range in the shape of a dragon. Dragon moves from where Charmander is to opposite end of stage. Dragon repeadetly hurts opponents when struck. Dragon deals extreme damage. Opponents move slightly slower after attack. )

Unlockable
Charmander is unlockable via Event Mode Match.
Event Mode Battle Name = Flaming Hot Battle
Battle Description = This fiery lizard has it's eyes on defeating you!
Battle Requirements = Defeat Lvl. 7 Charmander vs. Pikachu w/ COM partner Jigglypuff. Charmander = 2 Lives while Pikachu and Jigglypuff = 1 Life

Charmander is a fast character who can deal heavy damage.
The only drawback is that characters deal more damage to
him and is a lighter character, meaning he can be sent far with
hits. He has a pretty wide range of attacks, which means you'll
probably have fun making up combo's with him.

Name: Django
Game: Boktai 1 and 2, Boktai 3 (japan only), Boktai DS (japan only)
Costumes: Default, Black Django, Dark Boy Sabata
Movement Speed: Average
A button features: Attacks with sword, hammer, spear

B: Gun del Sol/Sol Charging - Much like Samus' projectile move, except that it cannot be charged if there are any panels overhead that can be moved out from underneath of. Also stuns the enemy temporarily if it hits them from behind.

Up-B: Solar Bike - Takes a moment to execute, in which he is able to be knocked out of it. If used on the ground he speeds forward a short ways. If used in midair he rockets diagonally upward at about a 20 degree angle (more vertically than horizontally). Comparable to Fox's up-b.

Down-B: Solar Grenades - Flies in a short arc arefore landing. If there is an enemy nearby, its trajectory will increase or decrease slightly in accordance with their location, so it has slight homing capabilities. Because of the arch it can be used from behind a wall if it isn't too high.

Sideways-B: Sol de Vice - Uses Django's spear in an attack with lots of smashing power. Can be charged. "Enchants" Django's A attacks with lunar magic temporarily, increasing their damage, speed, or smashing distance depending on which lunar element was used (the selection is random).

Final Smash: PileDriver - Traps the enemy it's used on in a coffin. Four SolarPiles appear at four corners of the stage, all aimed at the coffin, which then begin to fry it with solar power. Other enemies caught in the piles' beams will also take damage, and it automatically shatters any shields/guards/whatever they're called that it hits
