Step 1.Open a new document size: 350 x 19 (File-> New)

It should look like this:

Step 2.Now follow the brush of image, like I said this depends on the individual imagination. That left me one thousand:

Step 3.Now have to create Scanbars. How are we doing this?
-Open a new document size: 10 x 10

We select Pencil-Tool

-Set zoom 1600% Then we design the next image in:

-Edit-> Define Pattern ,choose a name and click ok.

-Right click on layer ->Blending Options ->Check Pattern Overlay then select creation you just did.

After the steps above userbar should look like this:

Step 4.Will add a simple but significant increase in esteticul userbar.
-Open a new document (File-> New) size 350 / 100

-With Elipse Tool create an oval shape as in the picture below that move (ctrl + left click) on our userbar then set opacity 40-50 depending on preferences:
