#1 -KB's Guide On How To Make A Recruitment Topic- � Well, Hello there NB community. I made this topic because nowadays there are a lot of New Clans which have difficulty in recruiting members. So, what is a recruitment topic? A Recruitment Topic is a topic where you try to get members to join your clan in order to make your clan bigger and more successful on clan ladder as well as making the clan popular. And if you succeed in getting members or having a good clan with all the cool facilities, It would be really cool. So, what are we waiting for? lets get started.. ----- (P)reparation - Before you make the recruitment topic. You will need the things which are listed below. You need: - Good GFX ( This is one of the most important thing to make your clan successful ) - A Clan Site/forum. (This is optional, because most of the members don't use the site or the forums ) - A clan ChatBox ( This is really important for a clan ) Get some good GFX - If you don't know how to GFX read tutorial's or ask one of your friend to do some GFX for your clan. ( GFX is the most important thing for a clan, even if it is organized a small number of members will join. ) Specially for a recruitment topic, one main banner is enough of GFX. But if you want, you can use other banners than the main banner. For example Requirements banner or things like that. Here is a good place to download a GFX program ( Gimp ) and also you can use Photoshop to GFX but you need to pay to download Photoshop though you can download Gimp for free. Clan site/forums - This is not really important, because most of the members wont go on the site/forums, most of them will be on the clan chatbox if there is one. But if you want to make a clan site or a forum here is a good place to make one. Clan Chatbox - A clan chatbox will help your clan to be active and it will help your clan members to Chit and chat with the other members of the clan. Also you can organize Clan War's and tourney's on the clan chatbox. Here is a good place to make a clan chatbox. (S)tep (O)ne - Organizing - First you need to organize the clan recruitment page. Like having good information about the clan. Don't post such things as "Hey come join my clan it has started recruiting". If you do post a recruitment saying that, you will get "Fail" or things like that. A clan history will look good on the clan recruitment page. A history will be good if it has at least 2 chapters. The following information will give you some idea's on how to make a clan history. How To Make A Good Clan History - Make the clan history based on the following questions. � what happened to the clan you were in before? � What cause you to make the clan? � When did you make the clan? ::Linking - Don't forget to link all the important links on the recruitment topic. Example: � Clan Chat � Clan Thread ( if a clan thread is there ) � Clan site ( if a clan site is there ) � Clan Profile ( Note: These links are only examples. Fake links ) (S)tep (T)wo - Requirements - If your clan is a new clan, don't make the requirements too high or too low. If the clan is good on the ladder, then the requirements is up to you. For a new clan Chuunin or Missing-Nin would be good and for a good clan Jounin or Sannin would be good. If you want, you can choose a specific requirement to join the clan and other requirements for the clan ranks. And do not forget to tell the others about your clan ranks. (S)tep (T)hree - Form - This step is optional, if you want others to fill the form to join you can use this step too. And if you want them to PM you asking to join can skip this step. You will be able to see the form below Example: Application Form �N-A name : �Highest level : �Highest streak : �Previous clans : �What made you to join this clan? Application Form for GFX-ers �N-A name : �Highest level : �Highest streak : �Previous clans : �What made you to join this clan? �What program do you use to GFX? �Show 3 of your works (O)ptional (S)teps - Ok, Now these steps are optional. It's only to make the page look good. If you want you can list your clan members and their ranks or their biographies, and show some of your clan GFX. You can also tell them the benefits they will get by joining your clan. And many more other stuff's ___________________________________ NOTE - When you are done with your recruitment page and when you are ready to post it, go through everything to check if you made a mistake or so, and when you post the topic. Do not forget to reserve one more post just in case.And plus don't give ALL the information about your clan on a recruitment topic.
