The always counters thing is kinda cheap since there are very very very few ways around that...it just makes her semi-invincible. If you just left up the damage reduction and the first turn she were to counter that would be much more reasonable especially since it only costs 1 blood.

Kimune activates her bones. She has 25% damage reduction for 4 and always counters any skill used against her dealing 5 damage and Allows Tsumyako.
Cooldown 4 Chakra: 1 Bloodline

this atack is overpowered....
if the cooldown was at least 5...but this way...she will never die...
