@ lder : I saw them. Only wanted to think slightly more. Anyway,

Naruto : He is awesome. Nice work.

Kakashi : Raikiri counter could use a different effect. Most vicious chakra attacks have CD so adding to the cost may not help much. Plus it costs nin. Though WCC is one good attack and partially makes up for that.

Chouji : I loved it. Balanced and interesting.

There is only one small trouble with chou harite. It's balanced but chouji becomes this super waller and counterer(plus damage dealer) at the same time. So perhaps it could use a slight rework. Make him protect himself and an alley(kinda like Asuma but it's invisible and is a counter). To balance the skill you can make it usable outside prep for a higher cost and CD. Then return cost and CD to the way it is now after prep. This is only to prevent him from having the perfect counter.

@ lder : DR would make him kinda UP imo. A creative counter is much better anyway.

I say make him counter skills performed on himself and one ally and consider the other effects I said earlier or perhaps make something similar.

Like I said it's not completely a balancing issue...it's just that he is a too efficient counterer and waller with good chakra and good chakra depends on luck.

BTW new Sakura is much more usable.

Tenten: Yeah, she is a very slow killer. But she can help her team by giving them DR and forcing the enemies to waste their invulnerable skill.
