I really think that with some teams,he can be really useless,but with some other teams,he can be a real pain in the butt.Remember to check his percentages to.
But remember,dont go around saying someones OP or UP just by his skills,Or because of what happened to you with that character.Actually look at the perecentages,ask other people with there experiences,and then post your ideas.

Gah. It pains me to say this because of all the Jiraya Turbo Fans we have. I think the best thing we could do is make his 30 damager piercing...I can't think of anything else that wouldn't omega overpower him.

i think the changes are good exept the korenai its to nerfed.....:weird
and gui conter punch shold have the cooldown 1 turn not 2 turns caze that is a nerf.
and naruto shold have 30 destrotoble defence not 20 damage redotion that cannot be pirced..

and itachi body double shold have 1 ninjutsu on goukakio no jutso not 1 nin and random.
oh and tayuya when she stuns should have only 1 genjutsu not 1 genjutsu and 1 random whit 4 coldown.

I do not like most of your suggestions. Some are simply boosting uneeded characters. Others are reworking uneeded characters. Overall, your character suggestions are boosts. Some characters are even above the 50% range. Kyuubi, and IBD are two of them.

~Naruto- This is probably the only one I agree with. Naruto is impossible to kill with a majority of the characters in the game. I believe he should get DD instead of unpiercable reduction. That's just insane.

~Gaara- He's not overpowered, jsut the teams he's in are. You need to be very delicate when changing a charater to kill a team. You have to rework a character in such a way that it doesn't kill them. That's what he did with Shika (S). It killed Shika (S)'s use with Gaara a lot.

~Dosu- He's fine as he is. You mean you want someone to be able to spam 40 damage for one specific with no drawback except for a prep? 40 damage is already strong enough. He has a Spike, a drain, and an anti-invuln move. Also, he uses the least used chakra in the game (gen), all for a low cost. What more do you want from him?

~Demon Bros.- Why may I ask? Seriously, I think they're in the low percents if I'm not mistaken. These characters are also fine as is. They can't even spike, or AoE. They can only stun with a prep. You basically want his role to be the same as Sakura's without the healing? Also, needing a prep to stun?

~Shizune- This isn't the boost she needs. It's making it only 5 more damage, over two turns. I'd actually call this a nerf, and she's in the 46% range. I'd say to change it to an instant skill, so it can't be intterupted if you were going to keep it like that.

~Kabuto- He's fine as is. Why fix what isn't broken?

~Asuma- No, he's fine as is. You don't understand how powerful a drain is do you?

~Baki- Now why would you do this? I don't understand why at all. I never use Baki so I have no comment.

~Orochimaru- People complain that the affliction is too high for gaining only one chakra. You want to add 5 more affliction for the same amount of chakra, but gaining it all on the same turn? I don't think ANYONE is going to agree to this.

~Tsunade- The heal is already abused enough, and you want it even more abusable? C'mon, 50 AoE health is A LOT of healing. Also it can't be interuppted, and she gets reduction. ON her stun, she doesn't need the extra damage. It was barely a nerf to her stun. Only 3 characters in the game attack with mental skills.

~Nidaime- This may be needed as a boost. I don't like it, but it may be needed.

~Kyuubi Naruto- He's already at the top of the percentages, and you want to make him higher? You are insane! (no offense)

~Itachi- A full out rework is not needed. He's fine as he is which I have mentioned many times before.

~Naruto (S)- Where are you getting these ideas from? Really?Most of them are uneeded reworks. You didn't even provide a reason for them. This would make him even worse, and he's already below the 50% range I believe.

~Sai- I agree with this one. He has low percentage, and I ever use him.

~Lee (S)- Even though the move pisses me off too, it would make him massively underpowered. try using him, and you'll see why.

~Kazekage- No. Just No. Have you ever used him and gotten him to his final form? It's GODLY.

~IBD- On genjutsu Reversal I agree on. That move needs a boost, and this could be the boost it needs. On Gokakyuu no Jutsu, I don't. Comparing moves is not a good idea because they're skill sets are way different.

The reason why I dislike most of your reworks is because you didn't provide a reason. I am looking at things from MY point of view. Not YOURS. I can't tell what you are thinking. Please, provide reasons why instead of just changes.

no guys hes fine just the way he is now the team u use gaara sakura and ino that team you can like never beat its so gay sakura or ino shouuld be nerfed
oh ya the reason gaara is ok is because when he used sand coffin on shigure he instantly killed him so thats y hes the way he is now
but his sand armor or whateever that thing is that gives him 40 damage reduction that needs a nerf

I think KBD needs a boost make EWSW do 10 afflition damage and be uncounterable.

they should boost sasuras healing powers and the inner sakura should have 30% damage reduction and ko punch will deal 35 stun and cost 1 tai and 1 random

dont agree with most of them as it can make them op

gaiS- waiting for the new winrates....but i dont wanna mess with him anymore

shodai and sai- they have low usage...so they are inconsistent

jirobo- he is 0.01% short...i wouldnt mind a boost of 5 damage...if it drops further

rock lee- dont agree with it...i would leave him alone

shizune- her affliction is good....let's not make it op again

zabuza- double damage .....no way!

kidou- again i disagree...i like his counter
it is his cost which needs a change
my idea- needle shoot(whatever it is called) will deal 35/40 dmg during spider summon FOR 1 blood 1 random..........iam sure his cost needs a change
this way he fits better in in teams as well due to less dependance
i dunno if this makes him op...but i want a cost change




@mathasunreal- u hav posted ur ideas yet again......and yet again we are saying it is unneeded
for asuma, nidaime, kabuto- why on earth do u want more stunners?
and dont increase dmg of a chara and compensate it by increasing cost...u kill off the versatility of the chara





@narikku- that could cause naruto like combo's - inner sakura, invulni, inner sakura, invulni....though the benefits of inner sakura aren't that bad..but it could cause some probs
the boost to the heal is needed if anything else is nerfed...so i agree with that

maybe for her stun - if used on same enemy next turn- this skill only stuns 'certain class of skills'....or doesn't stun (thats a little extreme)....just to kill off continuous stuns
the other popular suggestion is to make KO punch stun during inner sakura but boost the damage...but again it could kill her off a bit too much
