Its still an offensive skill,which is really helpful considering his only other offensive skill is 2 spec.Of my 3 games with him (all of which i have won)i copied:
Ino's stun
Naruto Barrage
Zaku Air Cutter

all of which were very helpful to me.And i had a lot of chakra (at one point i had 10 i believe)

So far i like where this balance is going. I think Nidaime's and Kurenai's changes are very needed, and 4-Tailed Naruto's change is also very nice though i thought it would be changed to 8 Affliction per turn not 7. I'm not really sure what to say about Gai's Rework yet...I guess it does make people depend on his Nunchaku Taijutsu a little more and whatnot. But it seems like his view gate release became more of a lucky chance of winning towards the end of the battle. And this again leads to it being based on luck, though it does reduce it from before >.>

Continuing the conversation about IBD from the last Altar, i seriously think he should be included in the next balance. It seems that he is only used for his Finger Genjustu. Genjustu Removal is very situational, and his Grand Fireball Jutsu is only used when you are chakra screwed and have nothing else to do. He may seem like he is balanced in the ladder but the balancing within his moves is very broken. The fact he is only used for one move just makes him a very....limited character.

ok, my final analysis, just remove the PERMANENT out of Copy Jutsu and it should work PERFECT now.

1. I dont see the difference on Kurenai, but i like that the skill could be stop.

Opp Ana +Chiyo's DoT=Great 40 dmg combo (with slight luck of course.But great against characters who use a lot of dmg reduction as well,meaning kaka(s) can turn into a character that disables opponent's defenses.)

edit:
Removing the perma issue with kaka (s) would hurt him i believe.That means once it is used,youd have to take the time and chance for another skill to switch with,when after the first copy,you can be home free
