Nice changes Luapmen, but I think Gai(S) View Gates should have 2 less random chakra like before. And I think Kakashi(S)´s Team tactics is ignoring stuns for 2 turns and it says for 1 turn. I hope it is for 2 turns.

Hmm....

I appreciate all the balance updates except for Nidaime's. I still say change him back to instant.

What you did to Gai s was not a boost ...

He fails more now then before

i think it would be best if we all go back to balance disscusion we all love the chages. let's think about who should be changed next.

I'm okay with the rest of the character's changes, but I really dislike Gai's change, his gates seem worst now plus the cooldowns. And for Kakashi S his Team tactics skill sucks now. By the way you forgot the second 'l' in kakashi's Jutsu imitation.

I really did expect to see Kakashi on there though.

I have used kaka(s).The fact he copies the cost does not hinder him in any way.You are merely trading one skill for an enemy's skill.

Anyway,the new combo i found works fairly well.Luap's idea of low costing skills truly fits well with low chakra characters that use random (shigure is a great combo with kaka(s) now)

Decrease duronation of Kurenai's stun by 1 rund and leave cooldown as it is. 3-round stun move for 1 gen? Even if requires some luck, its still to much. Nerf this move and Kurenai will bring back to ~52-51%

About Gai - just make Gates cost 1 blood 1 random and make it able to be done at 45/50 hp.

EDIT. And change Iruka's 45 piercing damage to 40% of health to stop abusing Iruka/Meeleguy

I'd like to start saying that since I don't have Nidaime, I can't really give a proper opinion in the rework, so I'll skip him.

I agree in Kurenai's nerf 100% since the skill wasn't working properly to start with.

4Tails self damage upon using the prep is totally understandable since you could just skip turns and wait for him to die, myself, I did that a lot. So, it wasn't something I thought a lot before this boost, but I agree with you, 100% again here.

I'll skip Kakashi (S) for now, let's talk about Gai (S). I won't even go much in depth with the character here, I think it should be reverted to the point where Asa Kujaku did a 75 dmg for 1 tai and 1 blood and only worked after 5th gate opening.

Finally, the one I really care about, Hatake Kakashi (S).

I think the character got REALLY screwed up, let's face it, we're kinda trying to portrait the characters like they are in the anime, no matter what people say or think. Hatake Kakashi (S) IS supposed to be a great character, but he became just average, however, if you do NOT agree with me, here's my two cents on a better rework:

Leave the skill as it is but remove the cooldown until it successfully copied a enemy jutsu OR remove the same chakra cost and put two random instead of just one and leave it as it was except for the costs, why?

Follow me in this, Kakashi (S) was used because it was a cheap (chakra cost wise) character, and now you screwed up the point of using him, it went from a good character, to a average character, I'd really appreciate if you put a little thought IMHO since I think it would make the game better, and this way, a lot of teams got a little bit screwed, but this is just IMHO. So...

Note that I'm only talking about THE COSTS, not the way the skill works, IMHO it works just great now, nothing short of amazing.

Finally, sorry for my bad english, but I'm pretty sure it's better then your Portuguese lol. Sincerly yours...

Have you even used the new kakashi (s)?Hes probably one of my top new favs.Im not sure on gai(s) since i will test him tomorrow,but still,kaka(s) is VERY good and powerful now.

i say Gai (s) is good but itshould be to 50 where he can uses view gates. ppl will use combos if hes close to 40 2 kill him

Just used him, to start with, if you copy a bad skill, you're stuck with it till the end of the match lol, and the chakra cost, I mean... maybe if the skill wasn't PERMANENT, I would totally agree but, I don't know, I don't like it as much.
