#1 Why hello there! Anyways, bringing a new Altar out with this set of balance changes. Kurenai's CBS is changing to a normal action, this is partly to clear up a glitch and for balancing purposes. Nidaime's WCD is also changing to a normal action and going back to 15 damage for the same reasons as Kurenai. 4tails self damage has been reduced to 7 per turn. Kakashi (S) has had both Jutsu Imitation and Team Tactics reworked. Gai (S) has had View Gate changed completely and a damage increase to Asa Kujaku which is also not unique anymore. #2 Hmmm...gotta check the changes... edit: Not sure what this will do to Gai (s) to be honest.To start,his nunchuku isnt boosted i believe and now hes even more suicidal,considering he has to be at extremely low HP to use gates...for 2 turns. I like kurenai and nidai. #14 im tryin kaka(s) in quick he seems better. kakashi(s) should boost skills that he copy's if they are weak in order to take out his weakness(his weakness being he may copy a weak move) IBD is so cool but his fire jutsu should be boosted to a higher affliction to all enemies. Because his fire jutsu is so weak i just ignore it when im playing against IBD. Thats why he needs a boost so his fire jutsu isnt a joke.
