Jiraiya
Major Summoning Gamabunta makes Jiraiya invulnerble for it's duration rather than negating the opponent's defense and giving him damage reduction.
*BOOST* Toad Mouth Bind now costs 1 genjutsu and 1 random. *EDIT* Duration and cooldown decreased by one round.
Tsunade
Creation Rebirth heals 35 health with a 1 round cooldown and a cost of 1 ninjutsu chakra.
Orochimaru
Cursed Seal Technique now does 25 undefendable damage and gives 2 extra chakra with a 1 round cooldown. It is no longer permanent.
Kusanagi now costs 1 bloodline and 1 random chakra and has a 1 round cooldown but does 5 damage less. *EDIT* Damage reduced to 20, cooldown removed. *RE-EDIT* Damage is 25 but 1 round cooldown returned.

Counter Punch now lasts 2 rounds. Cooldown and cost remains the same. *EDIT* Cooldown reduced 1 round.
Tsunade
Painful Sky Leg now does 25 damage cost 1 taijustu and 1 random chakra but has no cooldown.
*EDIT* Creation Rebirth now has no cooldown.
Orochimaru
Kusanagi has been returned to it's original state of 35 damage and 1 chakra destroyed with no cooldown for 1 bloodline and 1 taijutsu chakra. Explanation Here
Major Summoning Manda no longer gives back 1 chakra.
Sandaime
Fire Dragon Flame Missile now deals 20 damage followed by 10 damage the next round. All other aspects remain unchanged.

Asuma
Finishing Blow now does 25 damage to each target.

Cursed Seal Technique now does 30 damage to the target.
5/15/07 Manda/Shiki Rework
Orochimaru
Major Summoning Manda now does 50 undefendable damage to one target, removes 2 chakra and leaves them unable to use a skill for one round. It no longer insta-kills the target nor stuns Oro.
Sandaime
Shiki Fuujin now removes half of the target's current health and removes 25% of Sandaime's current health. Cost is now 2 random chakra and it has a cooldown of 2 rounds.

Bug Wall now lasts 3 rounds but cooldown is increased by one round.
**EDIT - Dunno what I was thinking here.. should not balance change when I've been up 20+ hours straight. This has been returned to it's original state.**

Shiki Fuujin (Rework) now costs 3 random, the target cannot defend or use any skill for the rest of the game and takes 40 damage every round unless Sandaime is killed or unable to use a skill. Sandaime loses 20 health every round and can no longer use another skill once Shiki Fuujin is in use.
Shodaime
Birth of the Trees now lasts only 4 rounds, cooldown is also decreased one round.
Tree Strangulation has a cooldown of one round.
Branch Manipulation's cooldown is reduced by one round.
Nidaime
Bringer of Darkness costs 1 genjutsu and 1 random and has a cooldown of 5 rounds.
Water Collision Destruction's cooldown has been reduced by one round.

Dual Pin no longer does damage to Anko.
Twin Snakes Mutual Destruction has been reworked. It now does 15 damage per round to the target, 5 damage per round to Anko, costs 1 ninjutsu, and the effect is permanent. It no longer has a cooldown but cannot be used on a target already affected and still requires Dual Pin on the target to be used.
Yoroi
Energy Drain now does 10 damage.
Draining assualt now costs 1 taijutsu and 2 random chakra, and does 15 damage per round.
