After hitting an opponent with Tenten's Twin Rising Dragons the tooltip on that opponent glitches. The 2 effects of the skill are seperated by by an extra duration time. When the skill has 2 turns left, this extra duration time inaccurately reads it will end this turn.
This glitch seems unaffected by the use of Twin Rising Dragons Full Release.

That is not a glitch. Whenever TRD deals damage to an opponent, another tooltip appears to let you know that you can use TRD Trap on affected opponents. It's normal.

No, this was in a single tooltip with 2 durations on it, multiple tooltips for different effects of the same skill would be nice. The confusing part was that the timers in the tooltip gave different durations for effects which have the same duration.

Now, once more with screenshots:

Here's one the turn after I used TRD:

One turn later, the durations have synchronized:

There are two timers for the effects of a skill which should have the same length:

In another game, after the skill was supposed to end, one of the effects remained:

And after using the trap it still says I can use the trap effect, even though it is on a 2 turn cooldown:

^ That's exactly what I'm talking about, there's nothing wrong with it, it's just how they made it. Basicly, each time TDR does damage, that additional info appears telling you can use trap the following turn. I thing it's done so that if enemy turns invulnerable and doesn't receive damage during one of the turns while under TRD attack, you can't trap that enemy afterwards.
As for the last two screenshots, tooltip just give you necessary condition for using TDR trap, it doesn't give you sufficient condition (since it has two turns cooldown).

Ah, I'm sorry I didn't read your post carefully enough the first time, though it's not the damage. (reducing damage doesn't help) The skill description puts it quite nicely as 'affected by TRD'. I read affected as having it castI on the character a couple of turns ago, but that wouldn't make sense with a 'action' skill.
The spell description would be a bit clearer if it specified 'affected by TRD the previous turn'.

Looking at the 'action' tag however, it's funny how characters that weren't targetable when you cast the skill don't get affected the second turn. But that's balance I guess.
The effect being triggered by the TRD-trap as well doesn't make sense really. That is, unless your enemy is also using Tenten, and you use Kakashi to reflect her Trap back to take advantage of the effect extension.

Thanks for helping me figure this out.
