#62 Pikachu 7/10 The affliction for Volt Tackle should be 10. And the Taking a Break should change to Iron Tail. Buizel 8/10 He is good. But he should have Water Pulse. But The current moves are good. Treecko 8/10 Can't find anything better. Deoxys 6/10 He is a Legendary Pokemon. He should have stronger moves. Like Speed Form, Attack Form. His strongest attack is Psycho Boost which does 20 damage. Onix 8/10 Tackle should be weaker than Iron tail. But the current is fine. #63 These characters are outstandingly done! 100/10! Just make more lol. I use to watch Pokemon all the time when I was younger. Some Balancing Ideas: Pikachu: Thunderbolt - Just to make this skill more interesting: All enemies who do melee skills to Pikachu next turn will take 5 affliction damage and range skills will do 10 less damage. Lower default damage to 25? Charizard: I Dare You - There's a high chance this skill won't take effect and it isn't too versatile. So I suggest lowering the cooldown to 2 and/or make the cost 1 blood only. Phione: Whirlpool - This skill is underpowered because it deals 25 damage over 5 turns w/ a 5 turn cooldown. Add a secondary effect such as the first stun effect will last 1 turn longer or the target's skills will cost 1 additional random chakra for 4 turns. Pachirisu: Follow Me - It's a too costly attack for the effect and he'll probably be the first target killed anyways. He's only good with a healer and his other attacks don't really support his moveset. You should at least give him 10 points of damage reduction during the time. To reword and shorten it: All enemy attack skills will only target Pachirisu for 1 turn including aoe and it gains 10 points of DR. STA may be used this turn as well at the cost of 2 random pp. Discharge - All enemies who damage him with a melee skill the next turn will take 5 damage. Range skills will do 5 less damage. Also decrease the damage to maybe 12? All other effects remain the same. Good combo with Follow Me. Venasaur: Vine Whip - Lower damage to 35 and the defense decrease to 25%. Roserade: Leech Seed - Since you don't have many of these, I think you should rework it to drain health and/or maybe even pp. Some other misc. ideas is to actually add some counters and maybe instead of more stuns in the future, increase cooldown or cost of skills on the enemies.

#65 Thanks kyubiDLuffy and rodneyiscool for the helpful advices on character changes, I might even put them into action. I'll let you guys know if I change anything ok? @ Everyone- Sorry if I haven't made any characters in a while. I've been pretty busy with a house project and not to mention homework on top of that. I'm planning on making more characters this week, so stay tune for them. For now at random, I just put Breloom in there, so check it out if you want to.
