#1 Here is my 23rd Pokemon character and the last one I'm gonna make till I finalize my collection which should be finished by Monday. Rate and tell me if I should make any changes. Some people may think Deoxys is overpowered with the stuns, but really its not. Deoxys has minimum attack and mild charka to use attacks. The stunned enemy can still reduce damage even if Mind Control is in effect. My Love <3 / Thanks for the tag gift Ginny and Tsu X3
