Here would be my 18th Pokemon character. I was gonna do two tonight, but I'll finish the other one tomorrow. Rate this one and tell me what you think.

Healing Ally needs one less cooldown 7/10

I'm gonna take chakra123's idea and remove one random charka because healing is pretty powerful and to use it one turn sooner would not be fair. :cheesy
