#1 This would now be my 15th and 16th Pokemon characters I've made so far. Rate them and tell me if I should make any changes. #10 It's no surprise to me that almost everyone would perfer Raichu, only because its been around much longer then Vespiquen, In fact, since the beginning of time. My Love <3 / Thanks for the tag gift Ginny and Tsu X3
