#1 -Made in China Welcome to Goryo Chandra, founded by sharinganshadow and duos in October 2008. Goryo has worked its way up in Naruto Arena. Goryo does not look for war, nor wants to be a hated clan, but instead we're here to make friends on this site. Goryo is a clan based on members from all other type of clans, and we fit perfectly with each other. If not for the members Goryo would not be where it is today. We the ' Vengeful Ghosts of the Fertility God ' name shall be carved into history. The span of time gone we hold even more power from when we were created, flying through the sky hoping we shall then achieve our goal. Is it a dream we are living? Or better yet a nightmare? This will not vanish until we finally reach our destination. Goryo shall one day break past the Heavens where it shall ' Rise like the Moon ' and reach eternal peace. As the great ghost will during the shining lunar moon. This will be known as ''Goryo Chandra - Rise Like The Moon.'' Goryo has succeeded with a great amount of war victories. But that alone will not make us happy, reason being so you ask? We don't want wars, but we wish to become one of the best in another way. Which way you ask? As for that answer we ourselves do not know of it yet. Maybe one day when we grow even stronger as a clan that answer shall be fulfilled. We are all confident in our skills through NA and Graphics. Our members having proven that more than once, and if we have to, we shall keep on doing so. Goryo's main purpose would be to be remembered by all, so we participate in clan activities and try to get along with as many clans as we can. Goryo, being the extraordinary clan which has just been known to existence. Our clan shall be one of the most prominent clans around Naruto Boards. The clan thrives to be one of the best, down in the shadows of the clan we experienced a lot of tough times, some we might not thought we could overcome but we did. Goryo has flourished with resolve to continue living and becoming a great home for members of Naruto Arena. That is all from us known as ' Goryo Chandra. Recruitment Is Open Note: Goryo Chandra will be allowing more members into the clan through application. Goryo Chandra will be operating on an application system for one week only. If you wish to be apply, follow the guidelines below. During your recruitment process it can pay off to Post around our forums or hang out at our chat box and get to know Goryo Chandra's members more. Before you even tryout for Goryo Chandra you must read the requirements. There are no ratio requirements, so your chances of being accepted are higher. There are four easy steps to complete the recruitment test. Note: When applying for Goryo Chandra, you must be either an active ingamer or an active GFX person. 1. Introduction Test - Register on our forums and wait to be validated. - Post an introduction of yourself in the section "Application/Introduction". - One of our members will move It to a members only section on our forum. - Our members will vote on your introduction. - You will be notified whether you passed or failed within exactly one week from when you post your introduction on our forums. 2. Secret Phase Test - This phase is secret and will be notified to you when you have passed introduction. For this next step, you must choose either 3A or 3B 3A. PB Test - You will have to face two members and a leader in a best of 2/3 match. - You must complete your private battles within an five day period. 3B.GFX Test -You will have to create two pieces of gfx work with certain requirements given to you by the leader. -The members will vote on your two pieces. 4. Judgment and Voting - After testing the applicant the leaders will vote and judge you on your test scores of your introduction, questionnaire and private battles/gfx work to see If you gain entrance into Goryo Chandra or not. NOTE: We don't need your stats in the introduction. All we need is a few things about yourself. #5 Q: Who are the leaders of Goryo Chandra? A: Sharinganshadow and duos are the founders of Goryo Chandra. Kusayo and TsuKaito were former leaders who brought up Goryo Chandra and have decided that their jobs as leaders are complete. As for the leaders they're Nes and Penguins, following with rkobignick987 as a co-leader. If you have any questions you want to ask find out from these people. Q: How do I join? A: Read the first post. Q: What kind of members are you looking for in this clan? A: We are looking for members that are not only good at this game, but are fun to talk to and have a good sense of humor. GC tends to crack a lot of jokes to their members, so if you are one that gets offended easily, do not apply. Q: Who does the awesome GFX for this clan? A: While there are many lazy GFXers in this clan, Amy (wind_temari) and duos are the ones who do the banners and profile characters for the front page. Q: Do I have to be really active to join? A: We know that some of you actually have lives and don't have too much time for NA, so that's okay. But if it comes to the point where we only see you once every two weeks or so, that could cause a problem. A couple of hours a week online is all we ask for. Q: I play Soul-Arena as well as Naruto-Arena. Do I have to be clanless on SA to join Goryo? A: For now, there is no Goryo Chandra on Soul-Arena. There are already members of this clan who are in a different clan on SA so it doesn't matter to us if you're in a clan on SA or not. Q: Do I have to be smart to join GC? A: No, Goryo does not look for all members to be smart, hence most people on NA does not have a 3.0 or 4.0 GPA. We're not saying to be full skilled In Game, just be average, like being social and not acting dumb all the time. (ex : itachikiller_023 , he was kicked for acting gay.) Q: What are you looking for in the introduction? A: We ask you to write a couple things about yourself. What kind of person you're like, what kind of personality do you have, what do you like to do, etc. Adding little bit of NA history will help too, for instance, including all your past clans and why you left. Remember, the purpose of the introduction is to help us learn a little bit about you. Q: How do I increase my chances of joining GC? A: As stated above in the first post, it will help if you came on the chat so we can get to know you better and see what kind of guy or girl you're like. Our forums are now public, so it'll also help if you post in them too. Q: What's the limit of members that Goryo Chandra will contain? A: We are looking at most likely 30 or 32 members. Q: Will anyone ever be kicked out of the clan?
