#7 its alright but i believe rasenshuriken should either have the cooldown removed or it be a nin and random I am but a ghost, a shadow of what once was great....

But it can be very dangerous for 4 turns... without a cooldown... 25+30+35+40 ... Wayy TOO overpowered.
