Yo people I forgot to put the chakra require don Sasuke(S) so it goes like this:

Thunder Palm-1 Ninjutsu,1 random
Mystical Dragon Flames-1 Ninjutsu,1 random
Chidori Nagashi- 2 Ninjutsu
Sharingan Evasion-1 random

that's not sasuke's sharingan, konohamaru is overpowered, obito is underpowered, minato is awesome

in general: 7/10
