the heal thing should heal 20 and remove afflics
the scapel thing i guess it is ok
the body thing should have a shoter cool down and last less

Kabuto's Advanced Healing Skills is underpowered, remove the random chakra from the cost (and possibly reduce the cooldown to 1). 8/10.

EDIT: your text is wrong btw, check out a character creation guide to find the correct font.

It can remove enemies stuns! and the fact of beeing used if kabuto is stunned is great! i mean you can easelly broke an area stunner team.

the black text shouldnt be bolded or set on strong or whatever you did.

i can see your point, but considering the skill only heals 15 health (a very small amount) and has 2 cooldown (aka not repeatable), i think it should only cost 1 nin.

8/10 was thinking the false ally body should have a lower cool down and maybe last 2 turns instead. :amused
