#9 Not that I know of, Sharingan is not able to drain chakra from a enemy. Its a kinda Off character. Once a puppet is destroyed, He gains Indestructible damage. That needs some tweaking. I will give him a 5/10. Quality->8/10 Unique->2/10 Character skill->5/10 |:::|S|h|i|n|s|e|i| |T|o|u|k|a|i|:::| Main Pc by me.
