#1 ========== WELCOME TO THE FOURTEENTH TOURNAMENT OF THE EMPERORS II: SECOND GENERATION: ----------------------------------THE TOURNAMENTS OF LEGENDS # 14--------------------------------- The Emperors are like a phoenix; we rose from our burnt ashes. Remember this: Legends don't die. Rules 1. All matches are sudden death except finals which would be the best out of three (2/3). 2. If glitch, opponent will decide if they want to rematch. 3. If the opponent is not found within 7 minutes, you automatically win the battle. 4. No full stunners or full drainer teams. Just report to me if youre opponent uses them. 5. You must not tell your opponents team. 6. Do not whine when you lose. 7. Use proper battle etiqutte. 8. ANYONE CAN JOIN. 9. Don't forget to look at the Prizes! (Listed below.) 10. All N/B and N/A rules apply here. No spamming and no flaming, please. 11. Have Fun! *Note: For rule # 5, you MUST not talk about your opponent's team. This includes that you cannot mention any character from his/her team. (IE: Wow. There's only Naruto left!) This will make you automatically lose. However, you can say something like this: "This team is good". This rule does not apply when Rule # 4 occurs. *Every ten tournaments, we will hold it as a 16-man Tourney. Woot.
