#36 hmm... well i wanted Rasen Shuriken to have multi hits as it is in the series... i couldn't see it as an instant kill i made it this way so it will gain 3-4 hits after you let it build up... though each hit only deals 10 affliction it's the closest i can relate with the series... <= Click Pics and Rate!!
