#300 Ok, here i go on comenting on all characters. Sage Mode Jiraiya(s) = 10/10 Just perfect. Sandaime Hokage = I think throwing Taijutsu is OP cause it doesn't have a cooldown making Sandaime invulnerable to enemy meele every turn.Otherwise 8/10. Jiraiya(s) = I don't know if WLMJ can be use to permanent stun. If thats the case, then i have to say that is a little OP. 8/10 Uchiha Itachi(s) = Make KGFJ deal 20 Piercing. 9/10 Jiraiya(PS) = Make smoke bombs cost 2 random cause if we compare it to the genjutsu skill of normal jiraiya wich lowers the enemy defence by 25% and increase ally defence by 20% for 1 gen and 1 random. 7/10 Hatake Kakashi(G) = WCT should cost 1 tai. Sharingan should cost 1 bloodline cause he's not getting any defence boost. The character is missing cooldowns. Obito Uchiha = No comments needed. 7/10 Aoba Yamashiro = I think STCJ should have a 4-5 turn cooldown. 8/10 Uzumaki Naruto = KBNJ should only increase UNB by 5 points of damage cause if u doble the skill attack, he'll be dealing 60 over 3 turns for 1 tai and that OP. Make Rasengan deal piercing instead of affliction. 9/10 I'm tired but i' ll complete this when i get more time.
