Excellent idea. I also think that they should make it so that if you're in a top ten in ANY country you can't switch countries -_-

What I see happening is people with more that 40k xp (who are about top ten in any county) switch countries to fuck with the CL.

That annoys me -_- like most the players join brazil for some reason, tho I know some of them are NOT from brazil, but oh well -_-
