If you pass this test with a B- or higher you will be allowed to participate in any EL-13 war or N/A event. If you pass with a C- or higher you'll be permitted to join the clan.

I think u meant to switch the B- and C- because that would mean anyone who gets a C- can join when im sure it should be B-.

Also..why does it still say EL-13? I thought you changed the name.

C- = your in the clan

B- or higher = you can participate in clan wars and your in the clan

and we will change that error as soon as possible. btw, first post on the new topic.
