I won against a Yamato (s) with Kakashi (s) but it didn't count for this mission. Glitch or I'm doing something wrong?

Sometimes my games don't count for missions, Im sure that the next one will count

I think Kakashi(S) doesn't count as the team 7 because he is in the hospital while they are on the mission!
So it shouldn't count!
