Hello welcome to the main topic of The Gotei 13,here you can find history,, and requirments.Maybe before reading you might want to read this before you go on.
Gotei 13 was 13 divisions each incharge of a different part of the clan Example:13th division is incharge of recruitment.But thisall changed after its almost first downfall,it was changed to no divisions at all cause Rocker believed we all needed to be one whole group.
Gotei 13 Is leader but 3 men D-ROCKER,Nightmare8948, And Starforce.But since the clan was created by Rocker he is the main leader.
Gotei 13 Has NO Xat chatboxBut has a Forums that everybody is welcome to so come to the following place and make a account and start posting Here.We currently are Recruiting so Scroll down to recruitment section and start reading.
Remember guys Gotei 13 should not be tooken lightly it is ranked 7th in ladder be carful of wah tyou say and what you do it might come back to haunt you.And Remember Gotei 13 Forever And Always.
It all began on October 31, 2007 When Rocker was having compications in his First clan The Cursed ones,the leader Vengeance7771 was treating him unfairly and Rocker ended up leaving with a few members.Some of these members were including Kyubii-Sasuke,Biochris,Zeth888,Colton24.He soon found himself leading a clan called The Dependents Rocker decided it was time for his Chance on NA.
Dependents was base don its own clan ladder.If you pb'ed and won agaisnt a member you won a match and it was added to your profile,That Rocker would have to update over and over again.It was tough work if Rocker until the day it happened A guy named Poppykilla Suddenly asked for war with The Dependents,The ended up Losing but gained a huge win when both clans decided to Combine.
After the combination was made Popy and Rocker decided to rename the clan the clans new name was The Infinite Blaze Clan.The Infinite was the starting of the power of Rocker it began the new ladder system and gained Stronger member,IT was very friendly and becoming popular all over the Arena.
The Infinite only lasted a month of hard working members leaders and friends,It was soon changed to The Infinite Shadow Clan.The clan was probaly one of the most succesful clans out of the Rocker series,it Consisted
of Rocker,Poppy,Andylg,Fukusuke.Shadow clan was gaining about 5 members each day it was then Combined again whith non other then The Cursed ones.
When vengeance soon joined Rocker in a heathing battle between good and eveil the clan stayed the samebut the clan was split apart no not a actually clan split up,The clan was divided a akatsuki side and a curse seal side,Akatsuki controled the Akatsuki side Veng controlled the Curse Seal side.
But when the clan finnaly split after a certain someone named fukusuke started cussing out Rocker,Rocker had a enoguh and banned fuku this made things worse,POppy was angry that he had banned his N-A Bro.He then split from the clan and ran of Coppying the name And Calling it The Infinite Lighting Clan.
Rocker finnaly split from Shadow clan and moved on with andylg creating a new clan called The Elite Anbu Survivors,Rocker and Andy lead it and it became popular after 2 days of creation.People were comming from left and right joining and what not,Anbu Survivors was one of the most popular clan on the charts,But then it came the Clan Ladder.
Rocker changed the name To Keito Clan After a short devour a one week thigng of Warriros of Eternal Darkness.Keito Clan was the most popular and succesful clans of all of them,The clan soon had 245 members,all friednly and powerful.The Clan was ranked 7th on ladder and gained high Popularity.The clan was like a dream to others,But soon after the Following people created rucis and choas in the clan,Naruto5256,Seperoithblade,Andylg,David-sama.The clan had fallen.
Rocker then went to a guy named Jiraizuka for advice and they both soon desided to revive the clan Village Hidden In The Funk,Both would be leaders but the clan only lasted 3 days until,Jiraizuka had lied to Rocker and made him a member instead of leader.Rocker became Angry and Mad,He left and took all of his members Making the Village Hidden In The Funk Fall ounce again.
Rocker soon took up his old clan Tifua Clan a ounce well preserved clan,and made it into Team Nirvado.IT was probaly the most long lasting clan of them all,It had all members over jounin or jounin.It had ranked 7th on clan chart and took in poplarty and respect.Rocker then met a guy named c0smin and both had Combined clans they had kept the name Team Nirvado and both raised the clan to their highest they could.
Rocker then became bored as leader and left after a short while and Made a clan with a guy called Timmage,The name was Ancient Kingdom it didnt last long because timmage had thought Rocker had left and disbanned it.Rocker went back to Team Nirvado and became leader ounce again,He removed c0smin cause he lost trust in him.This Inferarated C0smin and he left to form a new clan with Chidorixyx Element God.
Nightmare8498 had finnaly spoken up and insit that he disbann at ounce and orm a new clan,Rocker didnt hesitate and made the Current Clan The Gotei 13.The clan has been gaining populart repsect,well rounded members.And most of all friendship Rocker hopes that this is the last Change as long with everybody else.
Before reading the 4 ways to join The Gotei 13 remember that G-13 values Loyalty and Character of all,G-13 members can turn on you quick if you dont have good character,G-13 loves good character we treat everybody as a whole big family,Loyalty Compares 1 with another we value this a whole bunch.

This way is if you dont fit requirments and ask to join,you will amediatly be put into the draft group and each month 4 will be selected.

||4||Names will be put up and members will start voting for their top 4.
||5||If you get 4 of the highest votes your in.

This way is if you get really popular around the clan or have very good stats and somebody from the clan invites you.

||3||You are now in the Gotei 13.

This only takes effect when you first ask to join.

100-200 80%
200-300 70%

Pb Test
Rocker will assign 2 pb tester's to you in a act of self influence.
The Rules are as follows
-4/6
-No Same Teams
-They will be grading you on Use of characters,Chakra Control,How long you can survive.
-They will also grade you on a scale of 1-10 must get atleast 10-20 total to Join
*Skill can always improve.
